I called for an appointment with no insurance. And it is understood that i will pay out of pocket. But he attitude of reception seems they are very greedy. One has to give a credit card to just book an appointment!. They demand $150 in advance regardless. They force patient to pay full amount the same day they had visit. Looks like they are in cash crunch but should not expect that from customers. They don't even give some discount if customer is paying out of pocket. I cancelled my appointment and had at a reasonable price at nearby clinic. Looks like they need some training to treat people as patients not customers.

Took out a b-9, approachable, listener, good overall experience, friendly / organized staff. Only reason why no 5 stars is because when asked for a referral to a doctor that does eyelid surgery she recommended me to a very low-rated doctor w/ bad reviews. Also very overpriced retinol.

She took the extra time to answer additional questions beyond what my appointment request was for.
