Where to begin... This doctor uses your entire appointment to talk about her life. She'll ask questions during a physical and then charge you for the physical AND an office visit. Got a call that I was charged for an injection and an EKG and that I owed additional money. Problem is I didn't have an injection OR an EKG. They submitted things to my insurance company that did not occur then called and was extremely rude demanding that I pay additional monies.

Dr. Bennett Johnson has taken care of me for the past 20 years. She takes time with me and listens. Her follow-up is outstanding. I am lucky she's my doctor.

Horrible staff can never get blood rude call today my dr. Asked me to call Dr. Bennett to let her know my bp was 200/104 I was told she would call the next day no after hour to call was very uncaring no compassion.Looking for a new Doctor.Her staff makes her look extremely bad and unprofessional. I have been going for a least four years I don't deserve this.She need to hire experienced staff.

Always a friendly, professional and positive atmosphere. Wait time is faster than expected. The Dianne Bennett Johnson seems very knowledgeable and personable.

Dr. Bennett-Johnson is an awesome Dr. However, her office is behind when it comes to processes. There is no patient portal. The only way to send information is through snail mail of a physical fax. Almost everything is done by hand. This is a learning office therefore you must be patient. Students come and go. There are maybe two permanent personnel.

Dr. Bennett-Johnson is a good doctor, however he staff is lacking in their ability to do small tasks. It took them 7 days and 15 phone calls from me and my pharmacy to get a prescription filled. A doctors staff is a huge reflection on the doctor and her staff is complely lacking.

Dr. B J is great and has a great repore with her patients. however; the front office staff as well the students are rude. I really love Dr B J but, refuse to work with rude office staff and incompetency.

I witnessed a back staffmember belittle and disrespect two students at my appointment Tuesday. Dr. BJ has been my Doctor for years and she seems to sweet to allow her staff to represent her the way they do. The attitudes you have to deal with from her back staff is not worth my money or health. She deserves to be represented by her staffmembers better than she is being. I applaud her on allowing students to come and learn from her but I don't feel they should be disrespected or belittled especially not in front of a patient. Dr. BJ YOU NEED NEW BACK STAFFMEMBERS!! PLEASE MAKE CHANGES FAST!

Dr Bennett-Johnson has been me and my husband's doctor for over 12 years. She has never steered us wrong. She believes in getting to know her patients and she takes time to properly diagnosse you on the first visit. My adult children have also chosen her as their primary case provider.

Dr. Bennett-Johnson takes care of my whole extended family. She listens to each of us. Has provided correct diagnosis for problems that have stumped other doctors for years. She takes just as good a care of the men in our family (they appreciate her caring manner and good common sense) as well as the women (for all the obvious reasons women prefer a woman doctor). We all are made to feel welcome by Tiffiny who runs the front desk.

Dr. Bennett-Johnson has been my general practice physician for 10+ years. I am very satisfied with the services that I receive from her and the API staff. I highly recommend her as a general practice physician.

Dr.Dianne Bennett-Johnson is a wonderful caring physician and I am proud to be a patient of hers.Although, my problems are miniscue in comparison to some of her other patients,I receive her utmost attention.She takes the time to hear my chief complaints, gives me her advice as how to handle the problems and is genuninely concerned when I tell her that what she had prescribed wasn't working she immediately sought other alternatives that are still working for me. I could not have found a doctor that truly cares about my well being than she, and I don't want another. Her Staff is professional, courteous, and highly respectible to me as well as informative.

Dr Bennett is friendly as a person but her staff is terrible. The personnel turnaround is unreal. They are not friendly at all. They don't call you to remind you of your appt. They do not call you back for your results, you have to call them back and sometime they lose your file. To reach them by phone is a chalenge. The wait time is ridiculous,a real nightmare.

I have been a patient for 10 yrs.True staff turnover was an issue, however, in the past couple of years front office staff has been good.Back office staff needs improvement. I believe b/o staff are interning as part of their school training. I have had to have on occassion a reg staff member take my BP to assure accuracy.Dr. Johnson herself is very thorough, interested in you as a whole person. Takes her time. I have overheard her talking with a drug rep and I was amazed at the questions she asked regarding every aspect of the new drug the rep was leaving with her.She diagnosed me with PCOS, after I had spent numerous visits and tests with a gyneocologist. Put me on the proper medication and the problem was resolved.Dr Johnson truly is a caring physican. Patients need to remember you have to communicate well with your doctor. Stresses in life affect your health.Nothing or no one in life is perfect. If you don't share your office concerns with her, she can't change it.

I'm always torn on what to do when I need to go to the doctor. I love Dr. J but her staff is horrific! From the front office to her nurse practitioners, I need to be medicated to deal with her front desk help (their incompetence makes my blood pressure rise) and I must go to an outside service to get blood drawn as her staff is not capable of getting a blood sample. Over and over again I tell myself I won't go back to Dr. J...but she really is the best around when it comes to bed side manner. Please, please, please Dr. J, PLEASE get a staff that represents you well. It pains me to give you any poor ratings!!

Dr B-J is something rare - a doctor who listens and encourages patients to be involved in their health care decisions. She's very down to earth and my whole family loves her - me and three children 16 to 28. We've been going to her for over 10 ten years. Her staff are helpful, personable and unfailingly courteous.

Dr. Dianne J. Bennett-johnson, MD Friendly but is out of touch with 2011. says things that are not based in facts, staff manager plays god and is very rude if not actually crazy, doctor sides with staff manager over patients. would not even accept a letter from patient after banning her due to listening only to a one sided story from her staff manager, stay a way from this place! as no interest in getting to the bottom of anything!

Dr is knowledgeable, but office staff is rude, unorganized and you can never reach an office manager, not to mention the fact they can never find your chart. You can never get anyone to answer the phone or return your call.I highly suggest that you do not go to this dr.

Dr. Bennett-Johnson is a wonderful doctor. Easy to talk to. However getting to her is the problems. Her staff turnover is high and the wait time is higher. When you leave a message for an appointment you aren't going to get a return for a day or two maybe three.
