Dr. Dianne Walker, MD

I used to go to this doctor 3-4 years ago. I don’t know what happen to her and her staff. No one picks up the phone or calls back. This was scary and led me to find a new doctor. She had great staff, but no one calls you back.

Great doctor but never available. Awful staff that lack tack to deal with patients and lack customer service.

Years ago her staff was on point, she had this one old lady who was good at what she did. now there's five at the front desk and have no clue. they don't return calls nor make Dr. Walker aware her patient was reaching out to her. She really needs to re hire a new group of staff members who have empathy towards patients. Overall Dr. Walker is the best!

I really don’t know what happened in this office. Office staff is a problem. You take tests a month later they claim they don’t have the results. The staff years ago when she had only one or two persons. The doctor is great but the staff is zero.

Best Doctor Ever. Caring ,Supportive, expert in her field. I drive almost 2 hours to see her. When a doctor shakes your hand firmly, that's who I call an amazing Doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dianne for over 10 years now. She is an amazing doctor! She never rushes you with visits and always listens to my concerns and answers my questions. Her staff has improved greatly in the last 3-4 years. Her current staff is the best and extremely helpful. The girls and guy in the office are comforting and very respectful. In the past there has been issues with getting things done, but I have no complaints now. There are time when you have to wait a long while but it's worth the wait. Dr. Beresford likes to take her time with her patients.

She is very kind and helpful, she even knows about my rare disorder. But her staff is not very professional and acts like you are wasting their time. Recently, I have noticed it is difficult to get appointments and she's out a lot. PS you do wait a sometimes in the waiting room for a bit but she takes her time with you.

Her staff is very rude and unprofessional especially the young man she has working for her. They give you an appointment then make you wait and give you sarcasm every time you ask a question. I miss her old staff they where very efficient and polite just like her.

I had a fever coughing I can barely talk the manager said next available appt was 10 days. I had to go emergency room. It's ridiculous I would have to wait that long. He wasn't being helpful at all

I've gone to Dr. B for many years. She often runs behind schedule--because she takes the time to listen to her patients and understand their needs and concerns. She's an old-fashioned sole practitioner who has a great touch with her patients.

i would recommend dr Beresford to everyone. In today's rushed world where a doctor sees u in 15min and barely listens to u Dr Beresford has remained a compassionate knowledgeable doctor who thoroughly takes care of me. thank u

I starting seeing Dr. Beresford over 20 years ago and right from that moment I knew I would she was my kind of doctor (I am very picky). She has always been like a friend to me. She has helped me through many hard times just by having our little talks when I am in her office. 13 years ago I move an hour away from Belleville and changed all my physicians except Dr. Beresford I just couldn't see myself with any other doctor. I will drive the hour to see her and the hour back home she is that GOOD. Very sweet, carrying, and she will always have time to talk to you and answer your questions. She is also my daughters doctor now and she loves her too.

Dr. Diane Beresford is a caring, lovable person, puts her patients first. Greatly recomended. However, I am really disapointed on one of the staff members. She is snooty, she does not care for patients health, she is a very spiteful person. This office was never like this, they had an elderly lady before great and outstanding worker. She was very polite and got things done right away. very generous and caring person. I really think the Dr. needs to hire someone like the lady who was there before. I would not like to go to another Dr. because of new staff. It's very unprofessional and not comfortable to come to that environment. PLEASE!!! be careful who you hire DR. Beresford.

Dr. Beresford is a loving, warm, caring individual that goes above and beyond in caring for her patients. Could not imagine going to another doctor. Nobody can replace her.

Wow! Love Dr. Beresford. She is very, kind, sweet Doctor that takes her time with you. Her office staff are also great. Been with her for over a year and it has alway been pleasant. Highly recommend her.

Dr. Berensford is a physician who cares about her patients. No matter how much time passes between your visit...she seems to re-connect and make you feel comfortable and remembered. Her staff is long standing and familiar when you re-visit her office. That says alot about the type of individual she is to work for and makes those who need her services much more re-assured that she is an upstanding & caring doctor.

Doctor Beresford has taken the role of "family physician" to a new level. Her caring, patience, and understanding are unmatched - untouched! - by any other doctor I have ever encountered. My brief wait was more than offset by the time she spent with me - in fact, it was likely because she takes the time with all of her patients, assuring the highest quality of care possible.I cannot recommend her more highly. She is one of a kind, and I hope our relationship can continue indefinitely, as I cannot imagine finding anyone who could replace her.

I am a health care professional myself and find Dr. Beresford to be an excellent physician and knowledgable, caring professional. I highly recommend her.
