My friend went to Dr Foti 20 years ago for cystic acne. He made her stitches look like Frankenstein. She made him fix them. But now she has very bad scaring on her face. And now she’s scared to death of doctors. She now has worse self esteem than before. And this man suckered her bad. I pray for her. Cuz now she’ll never see another plastic surgeon for help not trusting his work. I’m so unimpressed with you Doctor Foti! And you should be ashamed of yourself! This poor woman is scared for life cuz of you.

I had set up a revision surgery for my breast lift, as the first one done by doctor Foti was only areola lift. I was convinced to also get silicone implants to make my new lifted breast look better. I will admit he was kind as we prepared for the surgery and when I woke up he was there. To my disappointment, when it was time to take the bandages, I noticed no lift had been done. He only inserted the implants. One the check up I asked him why he didn't do this and he said he made the call when he saw how nice they looked when he inserted them. I then mentioned if I would get my money back for the lift since I paid for that. He stayed became quiet serious and after a few seconds of awkward silence he said he would do the lift and I would only have to pay the clinic fee. I left the office crying and since then, my breast have began sagging even more because of the weight of the implants. I ended up with huge saggy breast and three thousand dollars lost from the breast lift I never received. I am depressed by my breast I now have and never wear cute shirts. I will not take his offer to correct the issue for "only the clinic fee", as I am afraid he will botch it for a third time. I have decided not to pursue anything, but hope my review may help someone to think long and hard when choosing this doctor. One star for the kindness of the staff and his calm demeanor. Dr. Foti's focus is more in his humorous bedside manner. I assume he feels this makes the patient more at ease, which it does, I thought he should be more focused on my surgery. Now 3 years later.... I'm unhappy with the results of my surgery because of his stitching. He never mastered that. So what is more important. Putting me at total ease? or taking time to do excellent stitching?

I have to say the visit to Dr. Foti was the best thing I ever have done. The staff and Dr. Foti were amazing and the results I got were fantastic.

ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF, AND THE FOLLOW UP VISITS.

Dr. Foti takes time to thoroughly explain procedure and answer questions. He has a very upbeat bedside manner--inspires confidence. My results were even better than I expected. I would certainly recommend Dr. Foti to my friends and family.

I had a great experience and results with Dr. Foti. I decided to have the surgery at the last minute and take advantage of the Christmas break. He was able to squeeze me in and the results were fantastic! There really isn't anything negative to say in my experience. I would definitely recommend Dr. Foti.

I've had several skin cancers removed over a period of 10 years. At all times I found Dr Foti and his staff to be outstanding.

I am extremely pleased with Dr. Foti. He did my breast augmentation and i couldn't be happier!

I had a breast reduction with Dr. Foti. I was not given a surgical bra or surgical tape on my incisions which led to my stitches opening and my breast tissue exposed. It took months to heal. I was so disfgured after (shape, sagging, nipple placement, excees skin on my sides...aka "dog ears"), I had to redo the surgery with another doctor. Dr. Foti did not care that I was unsatisfied and my breasts were still too large (I was a D cup after). He also charged me for a follow up visit that should have been covered in my $13,000 breast reduction.

This doctor is very nice but the results of my son's and my procedures were terrible. I had a face lift and the scars are not hidden or placed as described. It appears my right ear is places differently now. When questioned about the incision placement I was first told the cuts were placed on the neck instead of behind the ears for better results. Also, other scars are placed clearly in front of ears instead of hidden in folds as described. He tried revising the scars in his office. On my last visit I was told the scars must have moved and he could try to fix again for more money. I also had the doctor do a needed septoplasty with turbonate reduction and minor cosmetic improvements on my son's nose scheduled a few days before my procedure. Months later my son's results also showed Dr. Foti's poor work. Over a year later a CT scan showed no improvement and the cosmetic work done was so bad I took my son to another doctor at a cost of $15,000 to redo Dr. Foti's bad work. Dr. Foti comes across very friendly and skilled but the results of his work show differently.

Dr. Foti is absolutely wonderful! He is thorough, compassionate, and very skilled at what he does. He follows up very closely on his patients and is there for you if you have a problem situation arise concerning your well being. His staff is very friendly and courteous. You won't find any doctors office that treats you better than Dr. Foti and his staff.
