Dr. Donald Richberg Campbell, MD

Dr. Campell, is an amazing doctor!! If it was not for him, I don't know how my Crohns Disease would be. He always put my condition first. His nurse Ginny is an amazing woman!! They care a lot about their patients!! If they did not care then, they would not be in this line of work!! I miss him very much, I had stop seeing him, because of the other doctor in his office gave up on me an now my Crohns is very outta wack!! Miss you Dr. Campbell an Ginny ( Nurse)

Dr. Campbell is a wonderful diagnostician and has a caring and wonderful bedside manner. However, his office is run by monkeys! It takes days to get the nurse to call you back or to get prescriptions refilled. The practice has only one nurse to handle 5 doctors' patients. There's a revolving door of nurses in the practice and in recent years, the nurse has been a diploma nurse, rather than an RN/BSN with significant training and experience. I've put up with the shortcomings in management of this practice for too many years. My last experience with the office nurse put me over the top. I've made an appointment and will be switching to a new gastroenterologist! It'll be interesting to see how long it takes the office staff to transfer my medical records to my new doctor.
