Dr. Donna Jones Roberts

She is the best doctor I have ever visited. I will be her patient forever. She is brilliant, accurate in her diagnoses, kind, and patient! I never feel rushed and always feel confident of the care I receive. I give her my very highest recommendation, and I don't generally write recommendations!

Huge disappointment. Finding a new doctor asap. It was like she was a robot. I don't think she listened to a word a said. I also never heard back from her after contacting her THREE times for my results. Her reviews were very misleading to me.

After seeking multiple MDs in the Atlanta MEtro area, I was finally correctly diagnosed. Wish I had seen her first, My loss.

I LOVE DR. ROBERTS AND HER STAFF. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO HER PRACTICE!! I've been looking for a good doctor for some time and I must say I am GLAD TO HAVE FOUND DR. ROBERTS. I had been sick for 3 months and everyone kep telling me it was allergies. Dr. Roberts, knew exactly what it was. I had Chronic sinusitis. I feel so much better. She is a great listener.!

Dr Roberts always takes time with me to answer my questions and always makes an accurate diagnoses. I went to 4 other Drs before I found out my diagnosis from her at my first visit. Highly recommend!

When I first met Dr. Roberts about 2 years ago, I had a good impression. Unfortunately, after the first visit, my oppinion has only went downhill. I like the doctor herself, she seems to be a caring person. But the other staff ruin it for me. In the course of 2 yrs I have oonly needed to call in or make an appoinmment on a handful of occasions but her staff are completely unhelpful. It is impossible to reach the doctor directly(by phone or email). I am unclear as to whether this is her decsion, or that of the staff. However, because reaching the doctor herself is impossible, the only option is to deal with the staff. I had to call the office 10+ times because they told me they had placed a refill on meds, which my pharmacy had no record of. I drove to the pharmacy on two seperate occasions, only to find that it never had actually been called in. When describing my situation with her assistant, I found her to be rude and unapologetic. I like Dr Roberts herself, I am hoping that perhaps the restof the office improves

In the time that Dr. Roberts was my physician, I had no issue with her bedside manner, so to speak. The issues I have with her include:-prescribing me a drug I did not need for an infection that had gone away (I didn't collect and pay for it either.)-misdiagnosing an ear infection that had gone away a month prior by calling me, telling me that I needed a CAT scan, and freaking me out for no reason whatsoever-calling me herself and scheduling an appointment, and when I arrived for my appointment, I was told that I didn't have an appointment and would have to be "squeezed in." I have to take off from work to see a doctor, and I do not appreciate my time being wasted in such a manner.-getting her assistant to call and inform me of an important diagnosis. I have nothing against her assistant; she is a wonderfully cheerful woman, but this comes across as very unprofessional to me. If I had any questions, I'm not sure the assistant would have been able to answer them in the slightest.-always having to wait 15 minutes or more for my appointment. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't schedule my appointments as early in the morning as possible, sometimes being the first appointment of the day, so I am not sure why I have to wait so long.-I had to wait almost a month to get a lab result that was supposed to take a week to return. I seriously thought I had been forgotten.All in all, a nice lady, but I really would prefer someone in which I had more confidence.

I saw Dr. Roberts yesterday for my annual physical. She has been my primary care physician for years. As always she gave me a generous amount of time, took my concerns seriously, and addressed every one. Most of all, she always spent time on preventative care -- healthy living, diet, exercise, emotional health. I am certain that I am a happier and healthier individual because of Dr. Roberts.

She diagnosed my cancer, and saved my life, after 2 other MDs ignored my symptoms and told me I was "Stressed"!I thank God someone listened.

Best MD I've found. Highly recommend to family and friends.

Dr. Roberts truly saved my Mom's life by cutting through the usual hospital run-around and making sure that she received top notch care while she was in the hospital. She not only looked out for our Mom, but also helped our family to get answers during a difficult and frightening time. We are very grateful.

One of the best family practitionersin the Southeast. Piedmont is fortunateto have such a personable, qualified, and compassionate physician join their staff.

Excellent care that I was looking for.Diagnosed my walking pneumonia after 3 other drs told me it was viral without doing any testing! Also diagnosed my friend's thyroid condition when no other drs could. Wish there were more like her!

I spent a great deal of time researching doctors before I found Dr. Roberts. She recieved great reviews and although her office is in Atlanta about a 30 mile drive for me, I was excited to have found someone with great credentials and high ratings from her patients. Unfortunately after waiting three weeks for my appointment and driving for over an hour to see her I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I arrived for my 9am appointment today on time with all my new patient papers completed before-hand. I expected a wait of 30 or 40 min. max but instead waited for over an hour. When I approached the receptionist she was unaware as to the delay and was not at all apologetic. She asked another woman at the front desk to find out why I had not been seen and she called the back office or nurse and with out explanation said it would be another 30 min. wait. Really? Very frustrating and the worst part was the two front desk personel were so indifferent. If they had just communicated with me about the long wait unfront or showed even an ounce of empathy and or tried to schedule me in the following week I would have felt better. All I got was how about we schedule you for the 1st week of April. Thanks but no thanks I will start my search over. It's unfortunate but a doctor's staff reflects on them and this was very disappointing.

My illess was misdiagnosed by 3 physicians. Dr. Donna Roberts correctly diagnosed my illess and saved my life....literally!

Was able to obtain an appt with ease, on the same day. Received good service, loved the dr. will be back. Felt better in 24 hrs!

Very curteous staff at Piedmont. THey make you feel like you are important! Dr Roberts new location but all the quality treatment that I desired from her previous location. Im so glad I found my doctor!

I have searched for a good, smart, knowledgeable doctor for sometime now. I must say that I found one in Dr. Donna Roberts. When I came into her office I saw a new sign that said "Piedmont Welcomes Dr. Donna Roberts" at first I was thinking I hope this new doctor is not a "NEW" doctor...lol boy was I wrong. Her nurse Yolanda, was so nice she calmed my nerves and explained everything I needed to know and was thinking. They really make a great team!! She exaplained how Dr. Roberts is also a Pharmacist before becoming a doctor. My mouth dropped, first because I was thinking how can one person be so smart.lol then she went on to explained how she would contact me with labs results within a couple of days and guess what she did! She even sent me a hard copy. Everything, Yolanda had told me about Dr. Roberts was so true and more! She (Dr. Roberts) sat and listened to my problems. She did not cut in on me once. She is a great listener! She explained everything that she was ordering and why. I was so excited about my new doctor I immedialety called my husband almost in tears. He too is a new patient of Dr. Roberts. I WOULD RECOMMEND DR. ROBERTS TO ANYONE!!! If you have a medical problem and want a good doctor, Please see Dr. Donna Roberts!

Loved the doctor. Accurate diagnosis of my illness and followed up after my visit. I'll be back again.
