Could this guy be any worse? Poorly trained staff!

Worst doctor I ever had! Worse than Kaiser! His medical Asst. Denise is rude and not truthful! Avoid this office!

Worst Doctor and office staff ever! I had much better at Kaiser!

This was my very first visit with Dr. Daub and he gets 5 stars! He genuinely listened and took the time to ask questions, offer suggestions, and advised his steps to address my needs. This could be THE doctor I've been searching for. Would not recommend Dr. Kenneth Altschuler. Not welcoming and he doesn't seem to have the time to care enough. Just seems to be there, doesn't seem to enjoy what he does.

I have been a patient for Dr. Daub's for over 10 years now. I was inspired to write this review today after a visit where Dr. Daub sat with me for almost an hour going over in great detail my questions and concerns about treatment options. It's rare nowadays to find a physician who takes the time to answer all of a patient's questions and take their concerns to heart. Dr. Daub puts patient health above all and I always leave the office feeling supported and confident that we're taking the best approach to my health. The staff has changed a bit over the years, but the team in place now (Feb 2020) is the best of all time.

Great friendly staff caring professional provider. Always a delight seeing the front office staff.

The office assistant is incompetent. Too bad a good doctor surrounds himself with people who can’t do their jobs! Do yourselves a favor and find another PCP!

The doctor is wonderful, the staff is great such a wonderful improvement since that last front office girl. Susan is kind and sweet and very respectful. Melissa is sweet to, even though at times it’s hard to understand her english she tries. I would highly recommend this office.

I have had many physicians at my age and Dr. Daub is perhaps the best PCP I have had. The Staff is wonderful, especially his Nurse, Melissa. I always feel relaxed when I go into the office. Dr. Daub never rushes you and genuinely cares about his patients. I wish all doctors had the compassion that Dr. Daub and his Nurse, Melissa have.

What a nice change. I'm so happy my employer switched insurance companies. My visit with Dr. Daub was great. It so nice how much time he spent with me. I was taken back at his assistant. She seems to hate her job or possibly was having a bad day. I was happy with everything with my visit other then my experience with her. One that works in the healthcare profession should have a better attitude. Hoping my next visit will be different. I am again thankful to have Dr.Daub as my new provider. What a change.

I have been a patient of Dr.Daub for a some time. I am happy that finally there is such a wonderful Doctor & front desk clerk,however the MA Melissa is very unpleasant. I have now found myself , Now 3 times being called my name rudly from the scale, which is down the hall. She shouted my name at me as I was finishing my copay at the front desk and I said, just a second and I finished at the front desk and then went to use the restroom and then thought I was to go to her area. I went there and she was on her cellphone and ignored me. So I just walked back to the lobby and asked the front desk what I should do. She had to get up and get the MA and she gave both of us an unkind attitude..My experience with her was fast , as a matter of fact and rude. She had a chip on her shoulder and I was so upset. I has such a nice visit with Dr. Daub as usual. I have to say that I'm not sure why China was replaced with Melissa. Please bring China back..I feel like a number and not a person with Melissa. I'm sorry to say. I have contacted sharp health plan about my concerns and I thought I would use this to warn others of my experiences the past few times I have been to visit the office.

Dr.Daub & staff are professional and very thorough.” The office is so beautiful and doesn't look like a typical doctors office. It's so clean and modern. They even offer snacks,water and coffee for those who have been fasting or would just like a snack..Oh yeah and they do labs in the office. That is such a huge convince. No long waiting for blood draws is a big bonus. The entire office is a big bonus. My family and I have gotten appointments very quickly. We have never had a problem with anything. We were recommend by friends that see him. We are for her thankful to them.

I was beyond impressed with my experience at this doctors office. My first contact was with Carrie and I was completely blown away by how helpful and kind she was. As well as getting back to me! A lot of doctors don't realize how important it is to have administration like Carrie. The first point of contact is crucial. Now on to the appointment. My appointment ran on time. Dr. Daub was really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. I would highly recommend this medical group.

I'm a new patient of Dr. Daubs. He is by far the best primary care physician I have ever seen. He is very hands on and very caring and takes his time with each patient,I spoke with patients in the waiting room as was referred by passers at Costco and struck up a conversation. Everything was outstanding and very convenient. From the moment I called and spoke with the very friendly gal who answers the phone and helped me register to begin care. I was able to get a swift appointment for my needs. The gal on the phone took her time with me and explained everything to me. I had a lot of questions since I'm coming from a completely different insurance-hospital provider. So Sharp health care is new to my family. She was so kind and knowledgeable. It made my start experience extremely easy and comfortable. I think her name is Kerry. She is very kind ,patient and knowledgeable. She kindly answered every question I had. I had many, again, I'm transferring from a different heath company. She helped ease all my concerns and cares. I was able to register on Dr. DAUBS website with no problems and then I had a choice to make an appointment online or call the front desk again. I called the front desk. She again was very kind and helpful to me and my needs. She got me an appointment 2 days after my phone call. Other offices I called were giving me an appointment over 4 weeks. I have to mention the way she carried herself when the many phone calls were coming in as she was speaking to me. She handled the heavy phone calls with such grace . I was impressed. Now onto my appointment time. I came into the office and let me just say this is the nicest office I have ever been blessed to walk into. It is so clean and open and nice. It doesn't look like the typical wall to wall doctors office. This office is beautiful. I was greeted by Kerry and my wonderful experience came about. I needed my past medical records sent from my previous doctors office to Dr.Daubs office. I was very impressed of how much Kerry knows about medical records, she helped make what I thought was going to be really hard to do, super easy. She help guide me in the correct way to transfer my records. She took my copay and offered me a receipt. I was really impressed by that,since I tend to TRY to keep track of my medical expenses. I had to wait to get called back for possibly 5 mins. I was greeted by a nice lady by the name of Melissa. She checked me into my room and then I seen Dr.Daub possibly 10 mins as I was in the room. I really need to stress how I was treated. Dr. Daub didn't treat me as just another patient. He truly cares. He was very patient with all of my questions and concerns and my medical past. I felt so important. It's not usual to feel like your Dr is taking thier time with you- a patient. My visit with Dr.Daub was the best I have ever received from a primary care physician. I highly recommend him. He and his staff are the true definition of health care. My husband and children will now be seeing Dr.Daub. :) I needed referrals after my visit. They were done as I was checking out. I am very VERY MUCH impressed. I need to add that you can get your labs done in the office. That's wonderful. No more waiting at other labs. They also have a lot of parking and the office is very easy to find.

After a brain wrenching search for a doctor that met, within reasonable expectations, my needs and desires for a medical confidant, I stumbled upon Dr. Daub. If I had a magic wand I could not have been more fortunate. A kind, knowledgeable, gentleman. I could not have asked for more. A broad spectrum view of any problems that I might have, as opposed to the text book, completed what I would wish for in someone to watch over my health. I am grateful.

Many offices treat patients like numbers. I felt that Dr Daub and his staff really cared about me and my health.

Dr Daub used to be my favorite Dr. I have 3 autoimmune conditions, so I see several. I thought he was the best Dr I had ever seen, until one day he fired me as a patient over a false negative urine test that he had run. I told him this was impossible as I had been taking the prescribed medication, and pleaded with him to redo the test. He refused, he insinuated that I was a liar and accused me of very offensive things, all the while knowing my many ailments. I even had to beg him to give me a referral to another Doctor, which he refused to do until my wife, (also a patient of his) pleaded with him to do so. We both found separate Doctors after being treated so horribly. I'm saddened by his lack of professionalism and trust in his patients, because he really was a good practitioner for me for several years, and I referred everyone I knew to him. Not sure I will ever truly trust any physician again.

Everything was great but no offense the gentlemen at the front desk was very loud and forgive me "ghetto" not really fitting for a doctors office. Professionalism of front desk is crucial.
