You are all saying that you found the Bel Air office vacant... He lives in New Jersey... He doesn't work in that office anymore and he isn't apart of LifeBridge... Y'all are saying he did not help... He doesn't help with crack additions you crackheads. I bet you are snorting cocaine right now as you read this. Educate yourselves.

Dr Wright is very rude and uncaring Doctor, during exam he made rude remarks, He leave his office in BelAir MD with no forwarding address. Was unable to get my Medical records. Would not recommend him to anyone.

Wife was operated on by Wright and when we attempt to obtain her record we found out the he was no longer seeing patients and his office was vacant with no notice to his patients or a ref number to call.

Staff would not schedule a post-op visit until Dr. was called personally. He discharged pt with 2mm gap in patella fracture AFTER surgery and 4 weeks of mandatory in-house rehab. Surgery redone but excessive damage so lost part of patella. He is a GENERALIST not knee specialist!

Really enjoyed my experience with him. He performed two surgeries and outpatient visits. Completely satisfied.

I Think Doc Wright is a nut .He has no bedside manners. He told my Mother to be quite. When she was trying to talk to him.He was making fun of me. About my Mother diving me around. And that I was a baby .And that he could put a cast on my shoulder. But they would probably get he for animals cruelty. I have a broken shoulder .

Dr. Wright was very helpful and understanding when I called in a panic after my son dislocated his knee. Unfortunately we were out of state when it happened but he offered to look over all of my sons records. He then offered his advice on his treatment. I will be using him from now on.

Terrible Doctor!!! He has no bedside manner, he is ride and arrogant. He should NOT be a dr. He was all over the place with how he should treat my injury. He refused to give me a walking boot that I needed. Another ortho gave me a boot without asking for it. He made fun of my shoes told me I stink ( my foot had been in w cast) and yelled at me for my phone going off. He is horrible and needs to stop practicing medicine.

Office Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Dr. Douglas Wright has very poor bedside manner and was extremely rude. He was not respectful in explaining his opinions about my condition nor did he offer any real concrete answers to remedy my pain. I have never experienced such a mean Dr. in all my professional years. As I was waiting to be seen, he was rude to his staff and as he entered my room, he did not apologize for his behavior or make any excuses. How one could work for him let alone ever reschedule another appointment with him I will never know.

Dr. Wright was very rude and condescending because of my weight. I understand that being overweight is causing my knee problems, but he shouldn't have talked to me like I was a piece of sh*t. Rushed me out of his office as well. he seemed so disgusted with me that he wanted me out of his sight as soon as possible.

Broke my ankle in 2009 he did surgery placing screws and other metal in my ankle. I ask if they would need to ever be removed he said no. Well Tuesday Union Memorial doctors are removing all the metal and scoping it. The screws are too long now I get to pay my $4,000 deductible. Have been in pain for most of the time since 2009 couldn't figure out why. Staff is unfriendly and they take turns at each station so no one wants to help each other out. Office is old and small.

My family found Dr. Wright to be very professional and compassionate. He was up front and honest with us about the situation we faced with my mother's fractured femur, in addition to her overall poor health. Since my mom was a patient while in Upper Chesapeake, we never had to schedule an office appointment. But we couldn't have asked for better care for her. His communication with us was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Dr. Wright to anyone who needed orthopedic services.

Talented doctor but I agree not the best bedside manner. I think he just has a very dry wit. Office staff has always been great to me and very effeciant. I have never had to wait more than five or ten minutes to see doc.

Went to see Dr. Wright for a shoulder injury from a moped+car accident. With one other person in the waiting room I waited 50 minutes from my appt to see him. I had no insurance so I paid 200$ for the visit (cash or check only!), the waiting and exam rooms looked cheap and unclean, and the staff were morons. I suspect the way I was treated was because of my lack of insurance. He was rude and man-handled my injury, and when I was freely explaining the problem he told me "it wasn't my time to talk" and then said the problem was a pinched nerve in my neck, which was absurd. He didn't even look at all my xrays and the ones he did he said were too small as he looked at them on the computer. After seeing a tiny hole in my bone he said it must have been my bra strap! Treated me like a dirty druggie and almost wouldn't prescribe me Flexeril!! The hospital knew my pain was so severe they prescribed morphine!! Stay away!!!

My son was seen by Dr. Wright for a humerus fracture. We brought films with us from Express Care. He looked at them, we came back in a week for follow up...he took no additional XRays or anything...told my son he'd be fine without his cast. What a joke!

I had an emergency with a broken foot and was able to get an appointment right away. The staff were exremely courteous and met me at my car for assistance.The doctor was very attentive and professional. He made my visit personal and comfortable. I would recommend him.

This physician was so rude, and his bedside manner was terrible. i come to him for help and get told its my fault and that only new shoes with padding can help. the ladies in the office just chitter chatter and don't even acknowledge you have arrived and i waitied for almost an hour before i was seen. even though my appt was later in the afternoon and there was only one other patient there. the doc also blamed me cause i had a cd of xrays instead of paper ones. all in all this doctor is very rude, didnt take the time to discuss what other issues i could be having. basically he was rushing me out of his office saying that he couldnt help me. i would never ever recommended any one to go here. find a another doctor.

I showed up at 2:00PM for my 2:30PM appointment. When I walked into the small and overcrowded waiting room and signed in I was not acknowledged by the staff at all and had to ask for the paperwork. I was told that I would need to re-create the file they had started on me because they had lost my paperwork, including the referral sent from the hospital. Once I was finally seen, Dr. Wright greeted me by saying "Well I see you survived chemo"...The whole time with him was ackward and I definitely would never want to be alone with him. He requested an MRI and to date I have had 2 appointments made and cancelled because his office has failed to forward the paperwork necessary to get authorization from my insurance company...they probably lost that too. Not a happy camper.
