Dr. Douglas David Hage, MD

Had a cancer screening scheduled. 830am No one called me to say office is closed ( they don't have a automatic system, I found out) I drove an hour in horrible snow. i called the emergency number, no one called me back. So, Called today and the woman says " Don't you have tv? Haven't you been watching? Dont you know what is going on?" ARE YOU SERIOUS? YES! I know, I drove to get a cancer screening. But, all the driving bands were lifted at 6am that morning and everywhere was open, so why wouldn't I think my Dr's was open?? I told her I didn't appreciate her being rude to me asking if I watched TV or not. She then says "Well, if you think I'm rude I don't need to speak to you." Transferred me to who handled everything. ??????

Dr.Haggs is the best obgyn I wont go see another on I live like n hour away but its work it .. he actually listens n is gentle

Love Dr.Hage! I’m sad I won’t get to see him as often as I’m done having children! He’s so down to earth and caring!

Every time I go, I see the doctor and he answers all my questions. He goes above and beyond to make sure Im comfortable. I will never change OBGYNs

The doctor I used to see left his practice so I switched to Dr Hage in 2012. Since then I have had two pregnancies. At every appointment, I only saw Dr. Hage. He answered all my questions and his office was always prompt about returning calls. My last pregnancy was difficult. My daughter had clubfoot which we found on the sonogram. I had ended up having severe preeclampsia and delivered 4 weeks early and had pretty bad postpartum depression. I called the office a lot for the last month of my pregnancy and the month after. Everyone was so courteous and he and his nurse repeatedly encouraged me to call if something didn't seem right. If it hadn't been for that encouragement to call (I didn't want to seem like a pain in the butt) I might have died. I am so grateful for the care I got and continue to get from Dr. Hage.

He has delivered all three of my babies, my sisters 2 kids and my little sister. I have had nothing but positive outcomes going to his office. He is a great doctor and answers all of your questions til you understand

The only person at the office that seems rude to me is the ultrasound tech..... Everyone else is always pleasant and helpful. I have new seeing Dr Have for 5 years. He is a great dr

I have had so many issues with this office. Can't get any lab results, they don't listen or explain what's going on and the staff is rude when I call. They do not follow up when they say they will.

I love Dr Hage. He has helped us thro our pregnancy and at times we were scared he calmed us down and assured us everything was fine. The staff at the Derby office is very nice and I can not say one thing bad about them. I am happy that I go there and will continue to even after my pregnancy. There is a wait once you get in the back but I am ok with it. I would wait longer if i had to!

I'm surprised at the negative ratings. I expected 5 solid stars. All the women in my family go to Dr. Hage, and we all love him. He is caring and attentive, and never forgets a detail. He has helped me with problems that went unresolved for years with other doctors. Leave him a message and he calls you right back. He goes out of his way for patients. I recommend him to everyone. A family an elder family member passed who hadn't been to his office in years. We got a sympathy card immediately. Nothing from any of her doctors at Roswell who were caring for her at the end. He's great.

Dr. Hage was fine as long as I was only coming in for a check up. When I came in and told him I thought I had a cyst because I was experiencing a lot of pain (I've had three surgeries to remove them.... so I have a good idea what the pain in) he told me there was no way I could feel a cyst. But! after a sonogram I did have one. I was right. He said, "Its too small for you too feel it. You'll just have to deal with it." If the pain I was feeling wasn't the cyst, then shouldn't I find out WHAT it was and not just deal with it?A few months later I had some other problem and returned to see him and he accused me of trying to find excuses to need a note to get out of working and he excuse was he would get in trouble with the insurance companies. I called and asked for a sonogram again because my pain was worse... I never asked to be out of work, I had only mentioned that the pain was too bad for me to stand on my feet all day. I will never go to see him again. He didn't care about me at all. When he had trainers with him he completed ignored me and explained everything to them like I was a fake body and didn't matter. Do go here until you have nothing wrong!

Dr. Hage is a very caring Dr. who clearly has passion for obstetrics. I am so happy I switched from Omni Care and have him taking care of us now. He listens and is compassionate. I trust his knowledge and advice with my pregnancies.

I have been a patient with this office for years in the Niagara Falls location. I have seen the acctual DOCTOR one time. The wait to get in is ridiculous. I had to wait 30 minutes one time just to get a script for blood work that was previously discussed on the phone. They have yet to successfully diagnose and treat my symptoms, instead I have been put on "cover up" medications for years. The worst part of this office is the staff behind the counter. I have never seen so many rude people in one place!! The women are extremely short and uncaring with you. They will make a line of 10 people wait to check in for their appointment to discuss their purses. I have been hung up on more than one time calling as well. SO RUDE!!!! That staff by istelf is enough to make a decision to switch doctors.
