Very professional seemed to show a genuine concern for my health needs. Had a bit of a wait, but was not excessive.

I have been struggling with undiagnosed GI problems for several months and felt like I was at the end of my rope and not being taken seriously by other doctors despite being almost completely debilitated by my symptoms. Dr. Kliewer not only took the time to carefully look over my chart and test results, but recorded all of my symptoms (which have been shrugged off in the past). I was even brought to tears during the appointment and he rushed out to find me tissues. He sat with me to describe an OTC remedy to try as well as future tests and possible treatments. He is one of the kindest, most empathetic and caring doctors I’ve ever seen and I will happily be returning to and recommending him to anyone seeking out a gastroenterologist!

I saw Dr Kliever for about five years and other than extra long waits thought he was very concerned and intetested in my well being, at first. It was during an actual endoscopy. You see I'm difficult to keep under and the amnesia medication they gave me didn't work on me. So when I awoken during an endoscopy to hear him ranting and cussing at a nurse about me and his difficulties keeping me under, I lost all trust in his professionalism and my safety in his care. When I refused to pay my copay for the procedure and told him why I wouldn't continue to see him, he expressed that the incident was my fault because he was unaware of a medication that I was on although it was right there listed in my file... His in office persona was so different from the one he showed when he didn't think I would remember. I've heard every kind of music and crazy conversation while on the table but that was the first and only time I have experienced such total disregard of professionalism during a procedure. He sent my account into collections and I lived through the blow to ,y credit score but I never paid him for his abuse. And yes, I now have an anesthesiologist for an endoscopy it just safer for everyone... The only reason he gets two stars instead of one or zero is because of the years I thought I was in good hands...

All of the staff that I encountered were very kind, personable and professional. I am a 20 year+ RN and I know what good care is, and this place provides good care! I highly recommend this clinic.

This is my 3rd colonoscopy with Dr Kliewer. Things have always gone smoothly, he addresses my questions and provides options if I ask for them.

Dr is always late by over 30 minutes for every appointment with no explanation. He views your time as not important sitting in his examination room for up to an hour waiting on him for a 10 minute discussion.

Dr. Kliewer was very helpful in helping me get treatment for my condition. He made an effort to put my mind at ease about the procedure I had done and I appreciated that.
