What a crook!!

Don't waist your time or money! And believe me, it will cost you to go here. Way more than it should also. I visited Dr Peller and after several visits still had chronic sinus infections. Finally after my bill was 2000.00 I had enough and went to Advancement ENT in Centennial. One visit with them and they fixed it! That's right, only one visit! Plus I haven't had an infection since. Dr Peller has done nothing to fix me and I still owe him more money than I can believe. Now he won't even work on trying to make it right. He and his staff have zero remorse to anyone or anything. I truly believe he runs up the bill intentionally just to pad his pocket. Since my sinus infection was chronic, I've visited several ENT doctors over the last 25 years and Dr Peller is by far the worst of all!!

New pt. Showed up 15 min early for appt as requested and at appt time another pt came in and didn't have an appt but they made us wait to see her first and then 56 into our appt was seen and referred to a cat scan and a week later still haven't heard from the imaging place so I called to see why and the imaging place still has not received the orders from the dr office!!!! Are there no good dr and offices anymore???

Office staff (Ann) always made me feel comfortable and that I mattered. She is a keeper. Dr. Peller saved my hearing.

I went to the emergency room an North Suburban hospital for a wound in my throat. The Emergency Doctors seemed confused as to how to proceed . They called in Dr Douglas Peller and he saved my life. I had a followup visit with him after I was released from Hospital he is a Brilliant Doctor well worth he wait in his office to see him

Kind, courteous, and repaired my deviated septum which no one else had diagnosed! He can give and take teasing with ease. I highly recommend Dr. Peller

I had my child in 2 times for an ear infection. Paid $150 both times for 10 minutes with him cleaning out ears and told to continue on drops and be back in a month. Cancelled third appointment and saw another ENT, will never go back.

I have been to the office three times and waited an average of 25 minutes. More time waiting than I am used to waiting.

Dr. Peller was very compassionate and took the time to understand my problem. His office staff has changed in the past year and they are very professional and knowledgable. I have been a long time patient. I will definitely continue seeing Dr. Peller.

I called for an appointment and it was made for two days later. When I arrived for my appointment at 9:10 a.m. there was two other people in the waiting room, one of which was standing at the check-in counter. The receptionist was pre-occupied with the persons diagnosis for some reason? I went ahead and signed in on the appointment sheet and went and sat down. After about 15 minutes the person left and I stepped up to the counter. The older receptionist didn't acknowledge my presence but the young girl sitting back away from the counter asked if she could help me. I told her who I was, and she told me it would be a few minutes so I sat back down. About three minutes and I was called and taken back to a room. I sat in the room for approximately ten minutes and Dr. Peller came in. He excused himself for taking so long. We discussed my problem, he checked me, and I was scheduled for surgery ten days later. His receptionist was the only thing that I think needs improvement...so far. I'll write another review after my surgery!

I was on time and still waited an hour to finally get into a room. 20 minutes later he comes in, listen to my lungs and looks in my ears and mouth, says he'll be right back but another 20 minutes later he opens the door, pops his head in, looks left then right and says one second, a few minutes later his secretary comes telling me that I need to the waiting room while the room I need to be in is occupied. So I sit there about 10 minutes and finally go into the room. 90 minutes later I leave!

I waited a month for an appointment time with the doctor and the audiologist on the same day. Waited 90 minutes in the waiting room before seeing the doctor, so I had to reschedule to come back again to see the audiologist. Neither staff nor doctor ever acknowledged or apologized for long wait time or loss of appointment with audiologist. Will not be going back.

I was referred to Dr. Pellar by my PCP. After patiently waiting for an hour after my scheduled appointment time, I approached the front desk and expressed that my appointment was an hour ago. I was told that Dr. Pellar had to still see two other patients and then I would be next. When I inquired as to how long they expected that to take, I was told at least another half an hour. I was extremely unimpressed at the lack of customer service. Neither receptionist apologized for the delay. I understand that some patient appointments take longer than others and that typically you have to wait to see a doctor. However, 90 minutes is ridiculous. I can only imagine that if the appointments are that overbooked, the same oversights exist in the rest of his practice. Furthermore, neither receptionist acknowledged the delay and approached any one of the many patients waiting, to see if they would like to reschedule their appointment. I left; any physician that doesn't value my time, will not provide the care that I expect.

He operated on both of my children. I felt he was sensitive to their needs. I did not feel he rushed us out of the office and he was truly interested in their overall well being.
