Dr. Prevost and his team are amazing caring doctors and staff!! My hip is like new! I have hope for the first time going into old age that I can live with dignity and hope for a healthy many more years!!

I thank him for been honest before my knee surgery on January 30th 2023. After surgery the staff was awesome in helping me to and from restroom , checking on me to make sure I was fine. I visited him on my 12 week check up he explained and was concerned about my knee gave good advice to me. I appreciate him in been very supportive in me gaining my full strength to do some of the wonderful things. One enjoy doing things with grand baby walking keeping up with her is a wonderful enjoyment. Thank you Dr. Prevost and staff.

I've had both my hips replaced by Dr. Prevost, both within a year. I am very happy with the results! I could barely walk before both surgeries, and now I am back to my full physical activities: skiing, biking, swimming, lifting weights, hiking, etc. Prevost is, in my opinion, the best hip surgeon in Anchorage, Alaska. Great staff, no wait times, easy to schedule appointments. My only disappointment was that I had to wait several months to get on his surgery schedule.

I was in a lot of pain and Dr. Prevost fit me in to get a complete hip replacement. I went from extreme pain to no pain 4 weeks after surgery. When I had my hip pain I asked around as to which surgeon to go to and everyone said Prevost is the guy. He does Anterior method hip replacements. The only complaint is that he is so well regarded that it is difficult to get into to see and schedule with.

I was very happy with the results of my knee replacement surgery. The surgery went smoothly. Recovery was a lot better than my previous knee replacement, less painful. I am able to get better range of motion. I will definitely use Dr. Prevost for any future surgeries necessary.

I am thrilled with my new knee and hold Dr. Prevost in the highest regard. For fifteen years, I lived with an unstable, ever-bowing leg deformity, and I now walk, work, dance, and maintain my active lifestyle with a strong straight leg. Dr Prevost repaired my hip performing several procedures. I am now walking normal again with no pain. he was very thorough and explained everything to me in great detail before and after the procedure, I will be retuning to him for any future needs and highly recommend him to anyone who needs orthopedic surgery.

I felt that Dr. Prevost was up front and honest with my knee condition. I felt confident in his professionalism and his ability to communicate with me on what was needed to fix my arthritic problem. Dr Prevost had to fix a very complex and problematic knee injury that occurred 30 years ago. I had four previous surgeries on the same knee. This was number five. Through his skill, and a very aggressive physical therapist, I was determined to gain new strength and mobility. I'm pleased to say after 12 weeks I'm hiking, biking, swimming and walking like I have never done for a long time. I can say that I am so thankful for Dr Prevost and his ability to put my knee back together so I can continue to be active in the Alaska outdoors!!

Hip replacement went very well. There were no complications and the care, communication and follow up were excellent.

Dr. Prevost is a surgeon's surgeon. His surgical skills are top notch, his attention to details astounding and his dedication to avoiding any possibility of infection is remarkable. I heard that from many other people in the course of my hip replacement. He operates in a sterile 'space suit' to lessen the chance of infection, and all in the OR are gowned the same way. I've worked in the same hospital that I was operated on as a Radiological Engineer and assisted in the OR a few times. This surgeon is the best I've ever seen, and his attention to making sure the patient is pain free is remarkable. His staff is extremely competent. I recommended him to my Supervisor who also needs a hip replacement. I chose Dr. Prevost based on recommendations of other people who went under his knife.

Dr. Prevost took the time to look at my situation as 42 year old male and was able to give me 6 more years using “My” left hip when another Doctor would only do a replacement. He explained everything in detail and provided great care. That is why I went back to him when I had to finally have it replaced. I feel much better now and am glad I did go back to Dr Prevost for great care. R Malone

Dr. Prevost and his staff have provided excellent care through two surgeries in the past 5 years - a hip replacement and a reverse shoulder replacement.

Dr. Prevost performed a bilateral knee replacement on me. I feel very confident in his surgical expertise. I consulted orthopedic nurses and physical therapists for recommendations prior to choosing Dr. Prevost. My left knee replacement has been excellent, beyond expectations. My right knee did not have sufficient flex post op and Dr. Prevost performed a manipulation under anesthesia one year after the replacement. This gave me significantly more flexion and comfort with the right knee. Although the recovery period is very difficult, I am very pleased with the outcome and have complete relief from the pain prior to the surgery. My only complaint is the communication with the office staff (medical assistant) following the surgery. I got poor information and it was difficult to reach the physician asst. or Dr. Prevost with relevant questions.

Dr. Prevost performed a complete knee replacement on me, I am very satisfied with the outcome. Since the surgery was performed I have only had one day where the pain was in excess of what I was experiencing prior to the procedure. Many days I don't have any pain at all, other days just a dull ache. The professionalism demonstrated by Dr. Prevost and his staff is exceptional, I would highly recommend him (and I have) to anyone who is in need of Osteopathic surgery.

My hip replacement surgery performed by Dr Prevost resulted in the very best possible recovery. He was easy to work with while very professional in manner. Within a few weeks I resumed my activities that include housekeeping, gardening and hikes on trails with some steep inclines. My recovery exceeded all expectations for an 86 year old great- great-grandmother. I highly recommend Dr Prevost.

Dr Prevost has replaced both my right and left hips over a three year period. My results have been phenomenal. I am a lover of outdoor activities and couldn't be happier with my ability to get back to my favorite sports. I know not to abuse my refound freedom, so with sensible self-imposed limitations (no bump skiing, no jogging) I can do anything that I want. I still hike, ski, sail, scuba dive. I am 68 years old and am loving life.
