I waited for a telehealth video conference for over an hour and 20 minutes. They had technical difficulties, blamed it on me and wanted to charge me, I never actually connected with the doctor.Staff Very unprofessional not technical savvy and rude.

I brought my mother in for an appointment and everything went well. The office staff goes out of their way to make sure we were both comfortable. It was easy to schedule our follow-up appointment. Highly recommend her
