Dr. Kaplan and his entire team (Office staff, nurse, and radiation techs) are amazing! I was recently treated for Prostate cancer and underwent 43 radiation treatments. I was always treated with respect, compassion and courtesy from my first phone call to my follow-up visit today (10/27/23). They provided excellent care and gave positive encouragement on every visit. They were also super punctual! Dr. Kaplan's treatment plan was very effective and thorough! After a difficult biopsy, and diagnosis, we were referred to Dr. Kaplan by oncologist Dr Ghandhi and were pleasantly surprised at the friendly and courteous staff. And then when we met Dr Kaplan, and got a path forward, things were looking up. Fast forward to Post treatment, and good news. Again, with a consult to the Doctor himself. And I must emphasize and iterate, the way everything was explained, and handled, made a difficult decision, easy, and this applies to the staff, and support as well as Dr. Kaplan

I met Dr. Kaplan in 2016 when I visited his office for a rewiev of my prostate cancer. We had a good conection as we met. He explained that a Brakiotherapy was best for my case. It was. Now in 2023 when back for Radiation to my throat cancer, and we beat it too. The truth is Dr. Kaplan saved my life Twice, and I will be thankfull for ever.

Dr.Kaplan and his amazing team are to be commended for their expertise and dedication.A year ago I was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of prostate cancer my PSA was 16 and my Gleason rating was 8.Dr.Kaplan recommended a plan of radiation and Brachytherapy after a year of treatment my PSA is now 0.01 which basically means my cancer is undetectable.No words can describe my appreciation.My journey is a long way from over but we are without a doubt on the right track. Once you hear the C word there is certainly some trepidation and when I found out I had prostate cancer I was given 2 options. Surgery to remove it or radiation. When I went to see Dr Kaplan he put me right at ease. I initially thought that having it removed was the best option for me but after my visit to a surgeon ( which was horrible) I decided that Dr Kaplan was the guy to treat me. His office and staff were excellent. I never waited more than 5 minutes and after 44 doses of radiation my PSA has been cut in half and will continue to go down. I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone in that building that I came in contact with and being able to ring that bell was a great feeling indeed. Thanks Doc.

Prostate Radiation Treatment

Doctor Kaplan & his staff where priceless during these past few month's. Having tested positive for prostate cancer I really felt depressed. Doctor Kaplan & his staff made me feel at ease & comfortable during this process. 43 days of radiation therapy. THANKS GUYS for the Support.

I feel blessed that I found Dr Kaplan for my prostate cancer. From the first visit I was told the steps I would need to go thru and the time this would take. I felt like going to this office was like family where they all were there for the patients.

It has been a pleasure working with Dr. Kaplan. He is very understanding and explains everything.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and great. The therapists Samantha and Monica were great as well. The people in the front desk were kind. In my last treatment, when I heard the bell , I though, " I don't want to go!". These people are like my family.

Excellent explaining everything and executing

I am going to start with my 1st visit and keep it as short as possible. The waiting area is beyond description, however, I will say it's like being in an awesome decorated living room (which Dr. Kaplan was the one who decorated??) I took pictures since I keep a journal of my experiences, fears and triumphs. I had 16 treatments for breast cancer and each and every day I walked in, there was not a person waiting in ("the living room") waiting room. The staff beginning with a pleasant, empathetic and so courteous is Jen. The nurses Maria & Brianna were the best and exactly what you expect a nurse' role would be, but much more. The radiation therapist, Liz, Monica & Sam made my radiation therapy a piece of cake and eased all of my fears !!! This office is exactly what we imagine a doctor's office would but rarely found these days. Last but not least is Dr. Edward Kleinstein. From the very 1st day through the last day I truly felt so comfortable and cared for. He answered each and every concern I had. Explained it all in laymans terms. He never once looked at his watch nor did I ever feel "rushed" as I have by many other doctors. He educated me on different aspects of breast cancer which helped me alot. He even asked if I h I was actually sad that treatments were over and that I wouldn't see them. I will definitely stop by to say hello since I promised Jen I would and hope I get to see the staff, especially Dr. Kaplan. Please don't hesitate to pick Dr. Edward Kaplan or refer someone that is needing Radiation Oncology treatments. P.S. the bell I rang was the classiest ever !!
