If you want someone SMART, CARING and with a keen attention to detail, this Doctor is your physician. Nine years ago, I was new to Cheshire and asked for a referral for an internist, my neighbor recommended Dr. Rippel. He has since cared for my whole family and saved my husband's life. He will share his expertise, knowledge and be available to you. I've reached out to this concerned physician when it doesn't even pertain to him because he genuinely wants to help. 11 out of 10 is my rating for this Doctor.

Ed Rippel saved my life. When no one believed I was sick he did. But for him I would not be here today. He is a great diagnostician. He is smart and even smart enough to know when he does not know something (a rarity among doctors these days) to comfortably admit and get you to the best person he knows who could help.

Dr. Rippel is a fantastic doctor. His office staff is just as awesome. Office is the cleanest I have ever seen!! He does all your blood work and stuff in his office so you don't have to worry about using a Quest or other company to do that. When you are in an appointment with him, you are his only concern. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and knows how to explain everything to you so you understand it 100%. He truly cares for each and everyone of his patients. If you are looking for a new MD or your first MD he is definitely the guy to go to!!

I've been with Dr Rippel for a little under a year and I am very satisfied with him. Very informative, easy to talk to and I feel very comfortable with him. His staff is excellent and very friendly and informed. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Rippel's practice is patient-centered. It is not a factory. Patients come first. He is amazing at diagnosing your health concerns and is very honest and up-front with you. Aleshia Rousseau, APRN (Nurse Practitioner) is also a wonderful caregiver. They are very smart and will take good care of you -- if you let them. Whole staff is great there. I am very fortunate to be a patient.

I have been treated by Dr. Rippel for cardiac and diabetes conditions. His diagnostic and medical skills have always been "spot on". I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Both Dr. Rippel and Ms. Rousseau, are in my opinion, very knowledgeable and I feel very comfortable that they have my best health in mind. They also put up with my sense of humor.

I have been a patient of Dr Rippel for 10+ years. At the beginning there were some discrepancies between he and me. After that, things have changed and now I feel very comfortable and satisfied with the level of care I receive from him and his staff.

I miss this doctor. He was the best Dr. I have ever been seen by. accurate care and treatment, always finished my symptoms when I was trying to explain to him what I felt. I was secure with the meds he prescribed, the only problem is I lost my job and he doesn't take my insurance. I have changed to a dr. that does accept it and I have had an ear infection for two weeks because the antibiotics never was sent to the pharmacy. I can't wait to get better insurance because I'm coming back to this man. very profound in his field...

He didn't use gloves, greeted me with 'I see you are overweight and had acne' He has scheduled appointments for my husband with out asking or even mentioning. He didnt answer my concerns on acid Reflex, and told me I need a 'real' obgyn (i have an excellent obgyn that was beyond wonderful during my m/c) Don't let the nice secretary fool you, the dr isn't as professional as he seems.

Dr. Rippel is an experienced physician and his diagnosis through out the years have been right on. He has excellent bed side manners and pays close attention to my complaints. He takes time to learn 6 different languages in order to communicate with his diverse group of patients. He is also technologically savvy and uses the state of art system to keep track of patient history. Overall, he is a great doctor.

Dr. Rippel took the time to listen to everything I said. Even spent up to 20-30 minutes with me when I became emotional over some of my medical ailments. Once your an established patient it is very easy to get in with in the day or next day. Staff is very nice as well.
