Dr. Edward Straith Jeffries, MD

Worst doctor I ever met. Rude , dismissing and totally incompetent. My broken wrist had to be re- broken and set correctly by another surgeon. I thought he would have retired but see he is still practicing.

After I was in a car accident several years ago Dr. Jeffries saw me in the hospital emergency room and told me I had a fracture of the right tibial plateau. He followed my case through to total healing of the fracture. I was pleased with the care I received from Dr. Jeffries and will be calling for an appointment for a new knee issue.

This doctor miss-diagnosed and then damaged a young man's arm/wrist/hand, changing his life forever. He casted (for only a 2 weeks) a "sprained" extremity, compressing the ulnar nerve causing permanent nerve damage and then put the patient in physical therapy with a fractured scaphoid and TFCC tears, causing horrible pain, delayed healing, etc.... Everything could have been avoided with a simple CT or MRI scan (that the patient even begged for).

I can only say this gentleman is what you hope for when seeking a healthcare professional. I would recommend him without question
