Dr. Elisa Thompson

I would like to know where she went, she is amazing and I absolutely love her and I want to get my parents to see her also, I really need to find where she went.

Dr. Thompson from day one has always listened to everything I've ever said to her. She didn't rush me out of the office and is always punctual with visits. Dr. Thompson is down to earth, knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. I am so so thankful to have found such an amazing physician. If you get to read this Dr. Thompson-Thank you!!!! I know I come at you with some stories to keep you on your feet! TY for caring!

I called the office to make my daughter's first appointment with Dr. Thompson , they put me on hold for 6 minutes then hang up!!!I called again and the lady I talked to told me they are booked for more than a month and then put me on hold to check if they can put me on waiting list and again they hang up on me. When I tried to call for the 3rd, 4th and 5th times, it connects me to voice message although it was 3 PM and they close at 5:00 PM. I contacted my insurance and changed PCP right away although we never met Dr. Thompson because having unprofessional staff usually means unprofessional doctors !!

My husband saw Dr. Thompson yesterday to establish care with a primary physician after an unexpected and very serious diagnosis. From the moment we arrived, both the staff and Dr. Thompson were professional, courteous and genuinely caring. They helped me get my husband out of the car and then back into the car when we were done. They advised us to get a handicapped parking permit, which I never would've thought to ask about. Dr. Thompson asked 'what can I do to help', which nearly brought me to tears as she was the first doctor to ask us this during this whole ordeal. She was efficient, patient, and most importantly, kind. I truly can't recommend her highly enough--in fact, I am going to transfer to her for my primary care as well.

I have been a patient of Dr. T's since approx 2005. She will always listen to what you think your body is doing as after all it is my body I know it well. When she explains something she doesnt talk down to you. If you have questions she is more than happy to ask. And she calls it like she sees it. I like the straight forward approach. I was lucky getting her when I moved here.
