??Blatant disregard for patient care

This review is in no way reflective of the Williamson Medical Group as a whole, but specifically a review of my experience with Dr. Elizabeth Lindsey. In previous encounters with Dr. Lindsey, I have never really had much to say, be it good or bad, because we have never spoken for more than 90 seconds. Before and after my colonoscopy procedure today, I attempted to speak with Dr. Lindsey and the result was 90 seconds of her time was given before the procedure and almost 3 minutes of her time after the procedure. During the latter 3 minutes, she used half of that time to be simply over-the-top condescending and antagonistic. She has an elevated sense of self-importance that borders on the sociopathic. My wife and I talked briefly about the 3 minute exchange with her, after the procedure, and my wife had more distain for Dr. Lindsey's attitude than I did. Unfortunately, some doctors develop a sense of being more important than others, even their own patients. Dr. Lindsey made the perfectly clear to me and my family.

Dr Lindsey spends the time to listen, I did not feel like she was just checking the box to get to the next patient. She is thorough, orders the fact finding tests to get to the root cause of the issues. I just started my journey with her but I feel confident in her knowledge and it will result in a successful outcome.

Dr. Elizabeth Lindsey is excellent! She has a wonderful bedside manner & is very knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to me & answered all of my questions. I left feeling comfortable with a great plan of action.

Dr. Lindsey was recommended by two of my doctors and I understand why. She is smart, kind, patient, positive and made me feel so comfortable. She answered all of my questions and I never felt hurried. She has great bedside manner!

Dr. Lindsey is a great professional, who cares about her patients. I completely trust my health care to her. She follows up. Highly recommend her to others.

My first visit and was very satisfied that Dr. Lindsey will find out what is going on with me. She was very professional but warm.

Absolutely horrendous. So condescending and rude. I cannot believe she talks to patients that way. So bad I walked out mid appt crying. She might be fine for a small issue, but absolutely has no tolerance for trying to hear let alone solve complex issues. If you are truly sick STAY AWAY.

Considering how long I had to wait in the waiting room and office before seeing her, she couldn't be bothered to take a closer look at my issues. Recommended I take OTC medication and if I kept having issues to keep calling. Why would I go back to someone who's so dismissive of me and my issues? I will never see her again.

I had a colonoscopy performed by Dr. Lindsey 3 days ago. She does not have good bedside manner, she rushed in to the surgery room and said very little to me. There was no warmth or caring in her which made me very nervous. Afterward, she flew into the room once I awoke and spent a total of about 45 seconds stating that my colonoscopy was boring, nothing was found, and that she would see me in 10 years. Really? I think not. There are too many caring, sensitive gastroenterologists in this area to ever consider returning to her. On top of all of this, on my 3rd day after the procedure I am experiencing a sharp pain in my abdomen which I didn't experience with my first colonoscopy 9 years ago. If it does not subside within a couple of days, I will see my primary care doctor regarding this to ensure my colon was not perforated.

Had my Colonoscopy done today by Dr. Lindsey and it was one of the easiest screening. This lady really takes care of you. She spoke with me before and after and explained everything very well. It feels so good to have someone who cares about your quality of life. I’ve had problems for years and she’s getting me back on track. Thank you Dr Lindsey, Melissa Garner

She has by-far the worst bedside manners of any doctor I have ever come across.

Tried to tell someone I know who has a certain illness that they didn’t really have it despite a world renowned hospital stating they did indeed have it and they are undergoing treatment at that other well known hospital. Made the patient feel belittled and upset because she didn’t want to look at all the records only one from a long time ago. Wouldn’t personally recommend this physician.

Came in office in great hurry(or seemed to be) talking so fast it was almost a chatter even when I told her I couldn't understand her chatter. Had my complete history but never looked it at and ask few questions. Gave me meds that irritated my bladder so bad I was in pain for many days. I won't go back to her.

I have been seeing Dr Lindsey for several years,following her from practice to practice. She has periodically seemed very dismissive and spoken so quickly that I can't understand her words. She has become unwilling to listen to my concerns, or taken time to address them with me. The last several visits with her lasted less than 5 minutes each, and she could not remember anything about my case, as she was for some reason unable to obtain her own records from each previous practice.

Great doctor because she shows a genuine interest in her patients and really cares about their welfare.

I did not feel like Dr. Lindsey was treating me accurately. After what she said were hemmorhoids, I went back 2 years later and she tells me I have anal skin tags which are an onset of chron's. She immediately wanted another colonoscopy (i'm 29 and I have had 4 already!!) and wouldn't use the past ones as data. I'm done with her. She just wants money and wants to perform unnecessary scopes in my bowels.....

Dr Lindsey is an extremely nice doctor. However, if you think you have a fissure DO NOT see this doctor. Unnecessary colonoscopy was conducted which costs a fortune. Predisone cream was prescribed which caused the fissure to worsen. I seen another doctor and within one visit I was properly treated. (No colonoscopy needed).

Fantastic doctor very hard to get initial appointment. She did every test possible but apparently I have a very unusual case of idiopathic chronic constipation possibly related to adhesions from multiple abdominal surgeries. I know she tried her best but I still struggle with it constantly and it controls my life.

Dr. Lindsey has a wonderful bedside manner and made me feel comfortable and like she really cared. She was knowledgeable and proficient and I was very much impressed with her.
