Doctor was in a hurry. Not particularly helpful or friendly. Not informative. The staffwas very businesslike - not really friendly. Don't really try to solve problem and seem to be more interested in getting to the next patient. I was in extreme discomfort at the end of my procedure and the support staff just wanted to get out of the room instead of helping me

Dr Tegins is a true professional and expert in her field. She is great at explaining everything that is being done and will be done.

Dr. Tegins is very thorough and understanding. She explains everything in easy to understand terms. Wonderful personality and so caring. I highly recommend her. And as a bonus, the office staff is great, too!

Dr. Elizabeth Tegins always provides a thorough examination in a relaxed atmosphere. She puts the patients comfort first and fully explains findings and procedures. My husband is very satisfied with his experiences at her facility.

Dr. Tegins is very thorough in her approach and always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns. This is a busy office and it takes time to prepare and test your eyes before seeing your doctor. The office works like clockwork. Be prepared to spend a little time there! :)

Doctor and staff are excellent. They were backed up when I had my appointment and I was there for two hours. Only suggestion would have been for admin staff to let patient know they are backed up. There service is excellent and they take their time and care with patients.

I was impressed with Dr. Tegins, the minute she walked in and introduced herself. Her vibrant personality and professional manner, put me at ease immediately. After explaining what she was doing during my exam and her findings afterwards, I was better prepared to give the explanation of my condition to my family and the treatment plan. I have to thank my Optometrist, Dr. Methvien for her recommendation and I look forward to now getting better and seeing more clearly.

Dr. Tegins is an amazing and caring physician. She discusses test results, explains the therapy, implements changes to achieve better results and always asks if I have questions. Macular degeneration is a scary illness and Dr. Tegins' care makes it easier to deal with. I am very grateful to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Tegin's did my emergency surgery on my detached retina. I was so scared about going blind and it continues to be my top concern. I travel from Charlottesville, VA just to see her because I trust her completely and her staff (I am also from NC so it is also an excuse to come home). Dr. Tegins did eye surgery on me. She called me the night before surgery the evening after the surgery. I am still under her care seeing that my surgery was only a month ago however she has been the most caring and understanding physician I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient of
