my turkey neck has: 1- made it uncomfortable to have anything around my neck resulting in a choking sensation. 2- cut off neck binding on t-shirts etc. to be able to wear them and is tugging on them, mutilated many shirts. My situation I am sure was more challenging than most, being older. Outcome good, but not optimal as there is a residual pouch that needs adjusting and while I am not looking forward to more surgical intervention, Dr. Cole has offered to take care of it. Initially, I opted for the lower neck lift to avoid an infection on the front of my neck and open to this repair Dr. Cole is excellent, I just know my situation was difficult.

Bilateral blepharoplasty. Increasing problems and blurred vision caused by eyelashes from drooping eyelids. Surgery solved the problem. most excellent staff in all aspects. More Physician's offices should model this staff.

My pre op evaluation went well. I met Dr. Cole for a few minutes. I met him day of surgery for a few minutes. After that I never Saw him at any time until I said I had to. The staff was good!

The surgery had to be done. It was 90 percentsuccseeful. Eye is still just a little fuzzy. I was treated very well- in every way and would highly recommend the Dr. and staff to anyone.

Every time I looked in the mirror before the surgery all I noticed was my saggy neck! I feel much better about my appearance now and would highly recommend this surgery. People say I look 20 years younger. I was happily surprised that it was so pain free. I really did not need any pain pills following the procedure.

Eyelids were sufficiently droopy that I was losing peripheral vision above and to sides and I was straining to see clearly. Pros: low risk, high success rate of this surgery. Cons: loss of income to recovery time. the outcome was wonderful: I can see my blue eyes again. scarring minimal- looks like eye lines! Staff was friendly, reassuring, professional. Facility clean, attractive, good flow. Process smooth and efficient. Surgery painless, follow up instructions easy to understand and follow. outcome: Ican see more, more light, looks great!

I was genetically 'gifted' with hooded eyelids. As I aged, the heaviness became more apparent, making my eyes look and feel tired. Typically, my eyes would disappear in photos. Upper blepharoplasty eliminated that feeling and opened my eyes offering a more 'refreshed' appearance, while still looking like myself. Thanks to Dr. Cole and his staff!

I am filling out survey for our down syndrome daughter. im very protective of her. had many friends and doctors recommend you. from our meet and greet, then her surgery we felt confident we had the best care and outcome for her. felt very comfortable with dr. cole and the whole staff at the office and surgery center. thrilled with the outcome. no more pushing and pulling on her eyelid. cyst totally gone.

Repeat of lower eyelid procedure

My peripheral and superior vision is improved, which was my main goal. However, at 3 months postop I still have huge bags under my eyes which seem to be receding very slowly. More warning on the postop coarse would be helpful.

Dr. Cole and staff are the best. I have had major and minor procedures/treatments in the office and have never had a bad experience or reason to complain, at all. They are the best!
