I was new to the area in early 2020 and had my second bleed. They got me right in and Dr Chen was so thorough and kind. He answered my questions and put my fears at ease. Would strongly recommend this group.

My issue wasn't anything challenging or interesting. Just boring old floaters. However, I appreciate everything that Dr. Chen did for me. I'm 49. I've had floater for at least 15 years. They seemed to have gotten a tad worse over the past few months. I understand that a jump in the number of floaters can be serious. The entire staff at RCTX was very kind with excellent attitudes. The final leg of my visit was with the famous Dr. Chen. I came there to get some peace-of-mind and Dr. Chen delivered. He's not long-winded. He told me what I needed to hear in a very clear and concise manner. Dr. Chen told me that I didn't need to come back, which made me feel even better about RCTX... that the doctors are honest. I would recommend RCTX to anyone who needs the services of an opthamologist. It's a large practice, but it's a well-oiled machine. Once you leave the main waiting room, it's just like being in a private practice. And like I said, Dr. Chen is clear and concise. If you have a tight schedule, I definitely recommend him.
