Appt made for sudden severe hearing loss, in my one treatable ear. Total permanent nerve deafness in other ear. Dr. Walked ito treatment room stonefaced, no introduction, and proceededtaskme which ear. He then took an instrument without telling me was going to clean out my ears. He diagnosed the problem and need follow up visit to check and getahearing test. I will keep this appt. but cannot continue further care with him Because he does not accept my Ghi or Emblem supplementary ins... only Medicare. If I can’t get transportation fo tomorrow appt. I will reschedule for next week.

Wouldn't treat me for bronchitis. Said he does ENT and not pulmonary. Well, he managed to do a culture and scoped my nose even though he doesn't do pulmonary. Wouldn't even give me an rx for antibiotic. Bet he charges Medicare plenty for doing nothing. Terrible personality. Didn't even shake my hand or say hello. Why would they give me an appt. if it's out of his realm? QUACK

Dr Scarbrough performed deviated septum surgery. Practically no pain, fast recovery and I can breath better than ever!! He is courteous and knows his profession. I highly recommend him!!

Dr Eric t. Scarborough met my son for the first time and sincerely helped him. I would describe the dr as a very modest hero. I hope to not need any serious help in the future but I would trust Dr Scarborough.

First I want to say I had 3 people warn me not to see this doctor, that his bedside manner was horrible. I decided I would go see him anyway, to determine for myself. I have been suffering for allergies for 15 years, have been on all kinds of different meds. This doctor proceeded to tell me that the mri and mra I had done which showed "extensive severe near complete chronic mucosal disease of the maxillary sinuses" and "extensive chronic mucosal disease of the maxillary and ethmoid sinuses" was wrong. Both reports were wrong! Then when I described my allergy symptoms including my ears when I have an allergy attack (my ears fill with a fluid and become itchy, a very common occurrence with people who have allergies)he told me I had a dermatitis issue that caused dry ears and they only have the sensation of being wet! So in the 5 minutes he spent with me he told me everything I knew was wrong, but had no solutions. I left there feeling worse then going in. To top it off when I checked out the front desk reception gave me the wrong report! I got the report of some lady getting Botox injections! Huge HIPPA violation. Do yourself a favor, if considering this doctor, don't go don't waste a penny.

Dr Scarborough needs to see the Patient as more than just his job. He needs to show a little kindness and comfort and respect. He is quite stone faced.

I found Dr Scarbrough very caring and related well with my son. His ore operative and post operative care was outstanding. I highly recommend him.
