Dr. Eric Evans

He is great! After four other doctors he was the only one who had a plan to figure out where my pain was actually coming from. He didn't jump to surgery like another one did, he explained that back and hip pain both cause similar symptoms and it's hard to determine sometimes which it is. I got a hip injection he recommended and I am pain free.

Had always heard great things about Dr Evans. Found myself needing a knee replacement and chose Dr Evans. His staff is kind, efficient and helpful, I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are! I am now 4 weeks post surgery and doing great. Dr Evans listens, takes time with you and is kind and compassionate. He has proven to me that he is a very skilled surgeon.

Many of my friends have had their knee surgeries performed by Dr. Eric Evans and they recommended him highly. Because of their recommendations, I have been seeing Dr. Evans for the past four years and in that time, he has been unfailingly helpful and friendly. He explained every procedure i had, beginning with cortisone shots in my left knee to a final total knee replacement. He is compassionate and thorough and did an excellent job with my surgery and with the followup appointments. The office staff is friendly and helpful with billing, appointments and general medical information. I would recommend Dr. Evans and the Greater Pittsburgh Orthopedic Associates in Brackenridge, PA.

Dr. Evans is an excellent surgeon. He replaced my left hip and everything went well. He and his staff are friendly and professional. I would recommend him to everyone.

Dr Evans is easy to talk to and a highly skilled surgeon. He has replaced both my knees and recently my right hip. The office staff is always helpful and professional.

I thought Dr.Evans was a jerk. He only saw me for 3 min. Laughed at me, asked me what I wanted him to do, and left the room. I had to find my way out.

Dr.Evans recently replaced my right knee. Seven weeks after surgery and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Evans tells patients it’s their call as to if and when they want surgery. Don’t find that in many surgeons! Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly in a professional way. Highly recommend Dr. Evans and his staff.

I was nervous about having my knee replaced but Dr Evans explained everything and the surgery went well and I am back to living pain-free.

I had Dr Evans replace both my knees. He did a great job and I had no problems after the surgery.

Dr Evans preformed my rotator cuff / bone spur surgery and I was back on the court playing competitive volleyball in 62 days. Be religious with your rehab!

My daughter went to appointment to se Dr Evans because she was in so much pain she could hardley walk. She was taken right back to x-ray and the tech was very rude to her. She was very rough and pushing and pulling on my daughters legs. My daughter kept telling her she was hurting her but she would not stop. There is no need for that. She was scared to begin to go because she was in so much pain she was worried about getting a shot. She was so upset she walked out and never was seen by the Dr. This really isn't the Drs fault, but somthing needs to be done about the way the x-ray tech treats his patients. When I called the supervisor I got her voice message, and no one has called me back. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Dr. Evans replaced my mother's right knee several years ago. She followed all his directs and did all the exercises he recommended. She is 85 and has great mobility in her right knee. I have recommended Dr. Evans to others.

dr did a superior job, healed fast with both,minimal scars. rehabed quickly and would recommend any one to use dr for getting new knees, i feel great !
