I visited this office for the first time and was very pleased with the entire staff. Brea assisted me with my X-rays and was very detailed with getting all my necessary information for review by the PA. Jennifer was the PA and was very thorough as well. I'm not looking forward to the treatment because I hurt, but the kindness I believe will over shadow the treatment. Thank You Ladies for a job well done.

Everyone was very professional. Renee (PA) was very patient, attentive, professional and very thorough. I'm usually very hesitant about seeing PA's but I was very impressed and felt very comfortable with speaking with her. I would definitely recommend using this facility.

The staff at this office is the worst I have ever seen. I would not recommend this office to an enemy.

I saw Dr. Bendicks two times both had incredibly long waits one was a 2 hour wait.The Dr. was not very compassionate nor did he take the time to go over my condition or explain any details of the surgery he was recommending. He just said either get the surgery or stay in pain, as a nurse myself I felt leary getting the surgery with him and thankfully found a MUCH better surgeon. I would not recommend him to anyone.

I could not walk down the hallway to the surgery area. I woke up from surgery, and walked out to my car. I am a 79 year old volunteer worker with great grand children. I have gained my life back. I am so blessed to have met Dr. Bendiks. He came HIGHLY recommended to me and I would recommend him without any hesitation. I was treated like a VIP in this practice.

I was referred to Dr. Bendiks driving 50 miles for my appointment, only to see him after waiting 30 minutes, he looked at my mri and did not review it, only to say that I needed major surgery and he does not perform this type of procedure any longer. That was it....not an a pleasant visit and would definitely not recommend him to anyone. Apparently he mainly does workers' compensation claims and I was not a candidate for that, so I was not important.

scheduled as a new patient did not see the doctor at all still charged even though i was very clear about only wanting to see a doctor. scheduled a second time and was told i would be seeing a doctor but again he was unavailable. no compassion for the inconvenience only told to schedule another appt and pay yet another copay! I will be finding a more suitable practice. I do not recommend!

Dr. abilities are great, bedside manner could use more understanding of patient's concerns once released from hospital after surgery. Call backs seem to be a big problem now that some on the office staff changed, not conveying what is expected of patient prior to surgery has become a thing of the past as well. With something as big as these type surgeries, not to mention prices I would like to expect a little more consideration.....

MY HUSBAND HAS HAD SEVERAL SURGERIES DONE BY DR BENDIKS , HE IS A GOOD DOCTOR AND I WOULD TELL ANYONE THAT NEEDS A SURGERON , BENDIKS WOULD BE MY CHOICE, AND THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT WHEN HE LEFT SOS AT STATES BRIDGE HE DIDNT INFORM ALL HIS PATIENTS
