My son has been a patient of this practice for about three years now and up until today we’ve had good experiences. On Monday we went in to see their NP Loretta to follow up from an urgent care visit the Friday before. While at the appointment on Monday we brought up another concern that we had which was left leg pain. We believe that he’s having growing pains since he’s 4.5 years old and has grown 2 inches since his well visit in May. She immediately shut us down and was dismissive of this stating “He’s too young for growing pains.” She suggested that we eventually take him for an x-ray if the pain continues and then follow up with an orthopedist as well. This morning, less than 48 hours after being in the office I called to ask for an order to take him to Zwanger for a simple x-ray. I was told that I needed to bring him back into the office which I found to be inappropriate. I took him for an X-ray after another physician (not in their practice) ordered one and stopped in immediately after to sign a records release. While speaking with the office manager who is very nice she told me that nothing about the leg pain was ever documented on Monday. Not only is this inappropriate, but it’s negligent and borders on malpractice. Not only did we bring up the issue, but we were counseled by this practitioner on what our next steps may be. To top things off I was told that I’ll be charged $.75/page for records excluding vaccination and growth charts.

Rude staff condescending was so much better before Dr wolf took over I will be switching practices! I’m disgusted with comments made by both nurse practitioners and front end. The nurse practitioners speak to you like you do not have a brain in your head. Not a friendly environment.

Wouldn’t take our child anywhere else! Reliable , professional and compassionate staff . Dr Wolf is the best:)

We have been with Dr wolf since 2014. My children are cared for and receive the best care possible! We love Dr wolf and the staff!

Dr. Wolf is extremely knowledgeable and up to date with the latest information when it comes to vaccinations. My son has a complicated medical history- I trust Dr Wolf 100 percent!Love this practice!

I have been looking for a pediatric group and I am so glad that I found Wolf Pediatrics. The providers are intelligent and honest. All of my concerns were addressed clearly. The staff made my child feel like he was #1. I highly recommend Wolf Pediatrics.

Dr. Wolf has gone above and beyond for our children. She has taken time on her weekends and evenings to correspond when my children were sick or hurt themselves. We have been so happy with her expertise and patience.

Dr. Wolf is a wonderful doctor. She has always made herself available when needed. She goes above and beyond to help. She is always honor and doesn't sugarcoat things. She lets you know what to expect so your not surprised. She is very knowledge able and has always been spot on with her diagnosis. I would recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Wolf is absolutely horrible. Since she took over the entire practice went down hill. They now have a bad reputation, for good reason!! Beware when trusting a doctor like her with your children. I’m so glad we left and went to a better practice. Now all of my kids are getting the proper care they should have & deserve. I WARN everyone I know with children about Dr. Wolf and the horror stories that come from that office!

The front desk staff is now very rude, used to be friendly. Practice used to have great practitioners, now they’re staffed with a few floating doctors and a couple of very rude and often wrong nurse practitioners. It’s treat and street, no personalization. You get better care at PM pediatrics. And that place stinks, which shows how bad this place is!
