Dr. Diaz and staff are very pleasant and caring and their professional level seems very high. Hard to find good doctors and offices well operated now days. I do recommend Dr Diaz and his assistant Sherry Burkett. .

Dr Diaz took tme to sit with me and explain my conditions in a way I could understand.I had a great doctor but he moved.I was concerned I would not find another one.Dr Diaz is awesome.

Dr Diaz has been my primary doctor since I retired and moved to Port Saint Lucie 5 years ago. He takes the time to listen and always gives me his professional advice in a polite manner. I trust him with my health. His staff is friendly and helpful.

Truth be told the only reason my husband Suitberto Arias & I continue to be involved with Heart & Family is because we would follow Dr. Ernesto Diaz where ever his practice happens to be. We love & respect Dr. Diaz with our health care because he is the most professional, caring & knowledgeable physician we have dealt with since retiring to Florida. My husband has very delicate health issues which worsens with stress & Dr. Diaz' calming demeanor and experience & always taking the time to explain the problems has helped my husband get back on the road to recovery. We have not found Heart & Family Health facility & some of their system practices to be at times very frustrating to deal with & feel it needs to be revisited. Again, Dr. Diaz is an excellent physician & We have recommended him to my friends & family as we feel they too would be satisfied with his care.

They ask me to be 15 minutes early and always keep me waiting an insane amount of time!
