Very pleased with my visit with Dr.Crain. He took his time with the examinantiob and to explain my condition. He gave options for treatment with expertise and compassion, very much appreciated as my hand is my livelihood.

Doctor Crain is the Goat!??

Dr Crain and his staff are very kind, caring, take time to explain things and discuss options and answer questions. I am feeling much better and wish I would have come to see him 2 years ago instead of dealing with the pain for 2 years.

Dr. Crain just completed my second knee replacement and everything went great! I would highly recommend him! Office and clinical staff are wonderful!

Five stars for all the criteria listed. Two stars for the forms to fill out - too little space even to enter telephone numbers, let alone explanations of symptoms and such, plus the print was tiny and virtually invisible in some cases. But the important part - the exam - was definitely 5 stars.

Short wait time. Diagnosed my shoulder problem quickly and provided immediate treatment (injection).

Was taken back to room within 5 minutes to meet with nurse. Then X-rays then doctor. No wait times for anything. Dr Crain was pleasant and thorough Good listener

Very professional took care of my problem

Dr. Crain is the best. I’ve seen him a couple different times over the years due to various sports injuries. His diagnosis and treatments are always spot on. Highly recommend him and their practice.

This was my first visit for a hand injury. De Crain was Kind, pleasant, and gentle with my injection. Staff were also kind and pleasant. Wait time was appropriate and reasonable. I was in and out in less than an hour. I wish he would’ve spent more time with me to make sure I was clear on my diagnosis and plan of care. Other than that, I have no complaints.

I can’t say enough good about dealing with his office. I have dealt with them on multiple occasions this is the first time for me personally going to the Faulk Road office, but everybody was wonderful from the receptionist to the assistant/nurse that checked me in the person who did my x-rays I think her name was Alyssa and then Dr. Crain was great at explaining everything reviewing everything including all of my options. Everyone was friendly informative and took their time explaining and reviewing what the plan was how to take my medication and follow up. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Crain.
