Dr. Evan Karp, MD

If you have a chance to get him as a pediatrician, do so. He's great, compassionate, responsive....defiantly will miss him due to his current relocation

Dr. Karp is the absolute best - we started seeing him with our daughter when he was at Vienna Pediatrics, and followed him without a moment's hesitation to Farrell. He is so attentive, great with kids and their parents alike, and just really knows his stuff. We moved to Florida a year ago, and our son was having some chronic problems that the doctors here couldn't seem to get under control. We managed to get our son an appointment with Dr. Karp while on vacation in the area, and he reviewed our past FL Dr. visits, examined our son, asked us some questions and recommended a course of treatment that seems to have completely solved the problem! Looking forward to getting back to VA so we can take our kids to him again.

9 years, 2 kids and 2 practice locations later, WE LOVE DR KARP. He starts a practice in outer space, and we will follow him!

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Karl, he is very compassionate, and has a sense of humor. I am in the healthcare world so,my expectations my be a bit higher then others....however I can't thank Dr. Karp enough for being such a thorough, kind and compassionate doctor. He is extremely relatable and is great with my daugther Sally. She is not afraid of him at all, rather calm and playful. Wonderful office!

Dr. Karp is amazing and his staff is incredibly friendly. It's hard to get an appointment unless you schedule a month or more out, but when you get there, it's worth it. You can tell he loves his job and the kids he treats. He also is very understanding of parents' worries and always has an answer for every question. Highly recommended!

Dr. Karp is a pediatrician for my son at Farrell Pediatrics. He is a great communicator, very helpful, and has a strong bedside manner.

Unbeknownst to me, nearly every parent in my children's day care named Dr. Karp as their favorite doctor for their kids. Even though he left Vienna Pediatrics over a year ago and my kids are still small, they speak often about Dr. Karp letting them kick the "ball" of light at their check-ups (and even at a sibling's check-up). The staff at Vienna Peds misses Dr. Karp as much as his former patients and their parents miss him. It's not that the other doctors in Vienna are bad; it's just that Dr. Karp is so great!

Dr. Evan Karp is an amazing Doctor. From the time my son started seeing him at birth, he has been right on the money. He has been cautious when caution was warranted. He has sent us to the right specialists. He is caring, and kind, and I can't recommend him enough. Today I took my older son to him for the first time, and he was just as great with him as he is with my 3 year old. We will keep going to Dr. Karp as long as he is in driving distance. Would that all the doctors we go to had the bedside manner of Dr. Karp!

I have gone thru 5 pediatricians only to find that not one has been thorough in examining my child. I have depended on tehm to diagnose concerns in the chest, lungs and all 4 have said sounds normal when my kid had phenomia after taking him to the hospital> He was always projectile vomiting as well and everyone said he doesnt like the formula! ASAP dr karp diagnosed him and sent him to get tested for Pyloris something. This DR is detail, explains and draws things for you as a parent to understand. My OB was releasing me from the hospital on day 2 and with my second child dr karp would not let him go home so that he can monitor the kids for three full days. He knows how to work with kids and gets them to do anything! no one else in that practice is as good as he is.dr evan karp.

We took our son to Dr. Karp for 4 years, until we moved. Our family loved him. He is very thorough, caring, and practical. He makes you feel that he's giving your child the same care he would give his own. He gave accurate diagnoses and was efficient without rushing you. I like that his office is open on weekends, and they always take your sick child quickly. Dr. Karp is an A+ physician. Recently, hold times for appointments have been up to 10-15 minutes. Still, it's worth the wait.

I love doctor Karp and so do my 3 kids. I drive a long way to his practice, but it is worth it. Everyone I have recommended to has loved him!
