Staff was disorganized and unprofessional. Dr. recommended honey to me after I told him I was vegan. I waited 30 min after scheduled time for follow up call, then when they called at 45 min and I missed picking up and called back immediately I was told if have to wait a few more hours since I missed the call. Total disrespect - I will not be seeing this Dr. again.

I don't think its rocket science to have prescription's refilled... I ask for two of my husbands meds... They only send one. Its so difficult to get an intelligent response. One doctor doesn't take the time to call back (I have left multiple messages). The only saving grace is Lupe, Dr. Sharma, & Kristine.. Think twice.

No call back. Son has been suffering going on 6weeks. I asked Dr. Hijazin to call his gastrointestinal doctor to expedite his colonoscopy but no response. Extremely disappointed.

Left a message for on call doctor on Saturday 8/4- No one called back. Monday 8/6 left on hold for 6 minutes. All 4 of us see Dr. Hijazin & Dr. Sharma.. I have to re-think now.

This is one top of the line MD. Dr. Hijazin is amazing and his staff is wonderful too. I felt like I was in excellent hands while in his office. I would recommend Dr. Hijazin to all of my friends and relatives.

Dr. Hijazin is a life saver. I say this because he saved my life by being a thorough caring and compassionate medical professional, who was very astute in detecting prostate cancer in it's early stages, despite simple PSA test results that were within the medically acceptable range between 0 and 4. He did testing, follow-up testing in a timely manner and guided me to the the most capable and proficient urological Doctors which led to me being cancer free for over two years now. I am not only forever grateful to Dr. Hijazin, I am forever thankful to know that he is my Doctor. I trust him with my life, which I still enjoy, thanks to him. God Bless Dr. Hijazin, because his manner and personal touch is not only commendable and rare in comparison to other Doctors I have seen in the past, his care and professionalism is calming and reassuring.

I am a medical student who has had the opportunity to to work with several doctors, and I must say that none of them even come close to Dr. Hijazin. He has an wonderful medical background and understanding paired with a great bedside manner. He will take the time to discuss anything from vitamins you were thinking about taking to how a medicine works. He also has great resources such as specialists so you will never be left alone to search. I would recommend Dr. Hijazin to my own family.

Great bedside manner, gets to you quickly, rarely much of a wait and staff bends over backwards to fit you in even if you don't have appointment. A big fan of Dr. H.- a great find. Caring and understanding.

Always ready to help others .This is far one of the best Doctors in NY. He his truly knowledgable about his patients. He cares about you and your being and is very efficient with his labs and diagnosis. I would recommend him highly to any of my family and friends.
