Dr. Bhinder has an excellent bedside manner, he is very through with everything that he does, he takes his time with you during office visits and hospital stays, he explains in detail so you can understand what is going on with you,returns your telephone calls promptly, prior to a procedure he makes you feel at ease and when and after he performs a procedure on you, you do not remember anything nor would you ever realize that you even had a procedure done! That's how gentle and good he is! I would recommend Dr. Bhinder in a heartbeat. He is AWSOME!

I just can't agree with the grouch calling my doctor horrible. This is blasphemy. This person must have some bone to grind with Dr Bhinder. He is definitely not insensitive. I can testify to the fact that he spent an hour and a half with me despite getting paged many times during the visit. He is the only gastroenterologist I know who actually explained to me what was the cause of my problems and helped me understand my disease and anytime I had questions, he called me back on the phone to answer my questions. He has been more patient with me than any doctor I have ever met. He saved my aunt's life by diagnosing her cancer when a previous colonoscopy with another doctor didn't pick it up within the last year. I feel honor bound to write this comment to protect his reputation. Actions speak louder than words and if he wasn't as good as he is why would it be so difficult to get an appointment with him and why would his waiting room always be full? It is because he spends alot of time with all of his patients. The hospital just sent me a letter that he has been selected for a super-doctor advanced fellowship. I and thousands like me will continue to believe in Dr Bhinder and pray that he comes back to us.

Good doctor, good sense of humor, on the ball

I have never met a more insensitive doctor in my life. At first I thought he was having a bad day..nope.

Very Very good doctor and patient advocate. I agree with the other reviewers, he honestly did spend an hour with me at my first visit and atleast half an hour with me the next time. He actually listens and explained the entire plan of action until completely understood by me and my wife. The best thing is that he doesnot unnessarily make you have repeated followups in his office and he is very considerate and will even call you at home later to see how the treatment is helping or have his staff check on you. He sent me a letter in the mail about my results for every test and for me, this tells me that my doctor really values my time. I am so happy to have switched to him as my gastroenterologist

Smart, intelligent and proffessional with an excellent bedside manner.

I really liked him. I had been to two other GI doctors in Calvert and after meeting him I was very impressed. I didn't think doctors as thorough and nice as him worked in Southern Maryland. He is very smart and uptodate with the latest developments in his speciality and takes the time to explain everything and focusses on answering all concerns and questions rather than just rushing to scope me as the others had done. I really really appreciate his care and proffessionalism.

Excellent physician, explains everything very well, calls back immediately, exceptional office staff. Performs procedures painlessly and talks to families extensively afterwards explaining entire plan of care. I felt that I was the centre of his attention and am truly lucky that he is my doctor
