Best doctor by far!

I loved the office!loved how friendly the staff was but the actual doctor should definitely take a class on bed side manner. Extremely cold and seemed annoyed when I asked questions. Sad because she seemed knowledgable but definitely not there because she enjoys people.

I called in 2 weeks ago for a preventative check up.Once I arrive, the office staff says my appointment is not for a preventative check up. I proceed to ask her why that was not explained when I initially called for my check up and she could not explain. Then, I went to my car for payment. And I called the office back to make sense of my appointment which was never explained in the first place. She then said I had to wait another hour to see the doctor at 11am. Although I have been sitting in the office since 915am. I refused to wait 2 hrs for a scheduled appointment that I made 2 weeks prior. The staff was unprofessional and did not keep my appointment, she proceed to let the next patient by pass my appointment.

I think Dr. Felder is very knowledgeable and up on technology & research. But she lacks bedside manners. She's a bit cold and impersonal.
