My office visit was about as good as a Dr. Appointment could be. Every nurse and front desk clerks were kind and caring. Nice change to see them always smiling. Dr Heis was also kind and interested in what was hurting me. Knew just what to do, and no knee surgery for me?? Thanx to all of yours Laurie Morris

I am so blessed to have Dr. Heis as my orthopedic Dr. Heis is highly qualified, very professional, explains very clearly your medical problems. Efficient, never wastes but makes you feel you are his only patient.He is just a fine person. I rate him 10+.

Dr. Heis has a wonderful bedside manner...listens patiently, explains issues clearly, makes experienced diagnoses and provides all available options. I highly recommend him especially for conditions of the knee.

Dr. Heis was very professional, answered my questions, addressed my concerns and made practical suggestions for improving my condition with exercise. He was personable, caring and helpful.

He has repaired both my shoulders , I know its not typical but I have 100% in both as far as movement. strength came later with therapy.

He fixed my shoulder. I have no pain and do not dislocate anymore. He fixed my knee and I have no pain or problems. I recommend him to my friends and family and anyone else with knee or shoulder problems. You might wait but he is a great doc with a great sense of humor.

Had great experience with this doc. Spent time with me going over all the options and really cared about me, not just my problem. Did run late, but didn't rush through my appointment. Also didn't rush to surgery. Will definitely return if I have another knee problem!
