Dr. Francis Nkem Ogbolu, DO

Dr Ogbolu is the worst urologist I have ever seen; performance was very unprofessional: the procedures he did were unsuccessful and he just shrugged them off as no big deal which resulted in a ER visit and a direct admit to the hospital; thank goodness they had a urologist who knew what he was doing. I would never recommend dr Ogbolu to anyone as a matter of fact I would warn you not to waste your time in going to him.

I would and have recommended Dr. Ogbolu to family and co-workers. Very happy that I was able to find him years ago.

Dr.Ogbolu was extremely professional and compassionate.

Laser surgery was totally ineffective.

I could not be more disappointed in a professional than I am with this guy. Injured me during surgery that cost me three days in ICU and wouldn't return my calls or the hospital's (before, during, or after visit). Do not let him near you.

Doctor was Excellent. The staff however is very incompetent when it comes to billing. Every statement we received stated same balance even thought we had bank statements and receipts stateing otherwise. When we brought evidence they said o sorry. Really really. Thanks for putting it on the negative on my credit report. They are going to mess this Doctors business up if they don't start paying attention. By the way this happened twice. You call allied urology which statements are from and they can only take down info and give balance. They have to call Doctors office and pass on pay info. So dumb. Also you call office to bypass this waste of phone calls and the office has no info or can't find it. Where do you hire such people. Please retrain or rehire staff this is making us change urologist. We are going to go to Columbus. I'd rather have a long drive then let this office screw my credit and bills up again. Sorry doctor your staff is screwing you

HE IS NO LONGER PRACTICING IN ASHLAND, KY BUT HE WAS A GREAT DOCTOR WHEN MY HUSBAND FIRST STARTED SEEING HIM BUT THE LAST 8 OR 9 MONTHS BEFORE DR. OGBOLU LEFT HIS PRACTICE HE WOULD NOT TAKE THE TIME TO SEE MY HUSBAND & WHEN I WOULD CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THE NURSES WOULD HAVE TO ASK HIM FIRST BEFORE THEY WOULD SCHEDULE ONE & MOST OF THE TIME THEY WOULD NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY HUSBAND. I GOT FED UP AFTER LAST MAY THAT MY HUSBAND JUST ABOUT BLED TO DEATH DUE TO SOME MALE PROBLEMS AND HAD TO SWITCH UROLOGISTS BECAUSE HE COULD NEVER GET AN APPOINTMENT.

DR. OGBOLU IS THE BEST DOCTOR IN THE WORLD! HE IS SO SO SO NICE TO ME AND MY FAMILY! I have had Kidney Stones since I was 7 which I am now ten. He has helped me through the hard times that I have had in my life. He treats me like he would treat his daughter. I wrote a story about how he was so nice to me and the topix was to describe your best friend, well I won 2nd place! After Dr.Ogbolu heard about what I had done, he called me to thank me and to check on me! WHAT KIND OF OTHER DOCTOR WOULD DO THAT! ONLY DR.OGBLOU! He even hung the the newspaper with my story on it on his office wall for everyone to see!! I have brought him lots of gifts and he has took all of them and put them in his office for everyone to see! I think everyone looking for a Urologist should for sure go to Dr.Ogbolu!

Rude nurse, can't or won't get needed treatment meds in on time, therefore causing patients to wait months for there needed/prescribed treatments. And are rude when questioned about this! Refused to give me copies of MY records! Lie to their patients.

Is very pains-taking in ensuring that his patients are aware of what to expect during their period of hospitalization and consiquently, recovery.
