Dr. Frank Joseph Amico, DO

You would be lucky to get an appointment with such an amazing doctor. Has helped me in so many ways that I consider him one of the best doctors I’ve seen. I have worked for doctors in the past. So that is a very generous complement but true. Knows a tremendous amount of stuff for many different aliments. Because of him I have a brand new life ahead of me. And I owe it all to him !!!

Dr Amico - Has been my primary Dr for years . I can honestly say he his very caring person , takes his time to answer all questions and makes you feel at ease during your visit . He staff is always friendly polite and I’ve never had a problem getting an Appt.

Dr, Frank Amico is a wonderful doctor, so is Bridgette his PA. But the wait time is horrible. His staff can be rude and nasty, Christine is a very nice lady but her sister Kim has an attitude. But, anytime I had an emergency the staff fit me in. If you can deal with his obnoxious staff he is worth the wait

Best bedside manner is off the charts. Takes time to understand everything about your condition Takes prudent steps to address your condition and explain steps to be taken. Could not ask for a better doctor!

I have been seeing Dr.Amico for well over 20 years. Unfortunately, I will be seeking a new physician. It is impossible to get an appointment. Dealing with the staff is impossible! I called with an emergency and was put on hold for 30 minutes. Finally, leaving a message for Bridget, or Dr.Amico to please call. Phone call never returned.

Dr. Amico and his entire staff are excellent. He has gone out of his way for me several times. Always returns calls and answers all of your questions. Great diagnostician. His staff is always polite, friendly and extremely efficient. I would recommend him to anyone.

Been a patient for over 30 years. I find him to be very caring and thorough. His front desk is always helpful and pleasant . I find them to be the best I have ever encountered..

Good diagnostic ability and cares about his patients. Excellent bed side manner. Goes out of his way for his patients.

I called Dr. Amico's office in and emergent situation as a new patient. Secretary stated that they were not taking new patients. I was dealing with an extremely painful ear infection and was recommended to this facility by another doctor. As I tried to explain my urgency the secretary stated, "I am glad that we aren't taking new patients." She said this because I was upset and in pain. How awful can a doctors office be. How mean can a medical professional be.

Dr. Amico is great, very kind and caring. I just got a call back "after hours" re a prescription from the staff and they are GREAT.

I'm not sure who is behind the favorable postings; yet my experience has been far from positive. While Dr. Amico appears to be interested and knowledgeable, his office staff is by far one of the worst in the industry. They are smug and arrogant, don't seem even remotely interested and act as if they are bothered by having the jobs they have. They open at 8 yet service was still "on" at 8:40...so the staff is rude and lazy on top of not being very nice. The wait is also as bad as I've seen. It has bee 1hr & 20 minutes since appt. Go somewhere else

He is a caring, kind, knowledgable doctor. I absolutely love his PA Bridgitte as well. He has a nurse practitioner that has a wonderful way about her and is very good as well. I have been going to this doctor for about 8 years and have always been pleased and very comfortable.

Doctor is very good but office staff is very unfriendly. Nurse Practioner Bridgette is outstanding. She is the only reason I still go there.

I've been seeing Dr. Amico for 20 years now and I feel like he's a family friend. He has always been friendly, caring and takes his time with his patients. I feel like the patient is supposed to understand that you will be waiting for a while so the staff almost operates like we all have that expectation. When you have an emergency and you need to are him they will take you right away but be prepared to wait. If you don't want to wait, you always have the option of seeing his PA, who both have been very good. I have no problem seeing them when it isn't a medical emergency or a routine checkup. Overall i think he is worth the wait and wouldn't consider changing doctors after all these years.

Very good doctor. However, I waited 2 hours in the waiting room to see the doctor and his staff did not have the courtsey to inform me of the delays. The staff is lousy. They could have patients come in later to aviod the wait, or reschedule them. Will not return due to the extremely long waits to see this doctor.

Expect to wait to see Frank but it is acceptabile as he takes as much time with you and truly listens to you when he sees you also he is a concerned practioner.
