Dr Norberg performed my shoulder replacement surgery. It was fantastic from start to finish. He was easy to set appointments with, very knowledgeable discussing pros and cons prior to the procedure. Spent extra time making sure I was comfortable with his treatment plan. The surgery went much better than I anticipated with regards to pain, recovery and end result. I far exceeded my own expectations on how my shoulder functions. Everything went just as he explained it to me prior to the surgery. Highly recommend Dr Norberg for shoulder problems.

Dr. Norberg did a wonderful job evaluating my bicep tendon tear and subsequent re-attachment. I would highly recommend Dr. Norberg to anyone suffering from a shoulder/elbow issue.

Two years ago I saw Dr Norberg with a torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder. I have had zero issues with it since his repair. So, when my right shoulder experienced the same problem, I of course went back to see Dr Norberg. My surgery and recovery have been exceptional under his care. He is a fabulous surgeon, listens to you and answers all questions you may have. He does not make you feel rushed. I would highly recommend him to any family or friend that need his expertise.

Dr Norberg replaced both my shoulders in 2020. Surgeries went well, he did a great job, I highly recommend him.

Dr. Norberg conducted the second surgical repair on my shoulder, this one more complex, after an auto accident. His work was fabulous, the recovery much quicker than was my first, and I loved working with him, his staff and TCO PT.

I had polio as a child. I have very limited use of my right shoulder, because of this, I wore out my left shoulder. Dr Norberg from the first meeting to the last showed great concern for me. If the surgery did not go right, I would end up with two bad shoulders. The surgery was a complete success. I can do everything I could do when my shoulder was good. I would recommended Dr Norberg to any and everyone.

After learning I needed a total shoulder replacement I did my research and found that Dr. Norberg had an excellent reputation for this type of surgery. I made an appointment and after the consultation decided I liked and trusted him enough to go ahead with the procedure. I couldn't be happier with the result. I am 6 months out and pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Norberg for your shoulder replacement. He will give you the opportunity to do the rehab required for success. I can put my arm around my wife again, play pickleball and even racquetball, although Dr. Norberg frowns at my racquetball ambitions.

I had a "massive tear" of my rotator cuff. Dr. Norberg was able to repair it with great success. My wife looked for a shoulder specialist and I'm glad she did! A year after my surgery, I am able to use my arm as before with only a very, very small decrease in strength before my injury. My range of motion is excellent. My pain is non-existent.

I had a horrific accident...my shoulder was broken. Another doctor tried to fix it and tried to do the best he could but recommended Dr. Norberg. Oh what a blessing. Two more rotary cuff repairs and then the final decision to replace the shoulder. Throughout this entire ordeal (5 1/2 years ... I was just given my final exam yesterday with a clean bill of health) was a miracle. He is the most patient, kindest, yet with a slight sense of humor excellent surgeon. I saw my xrays yesterday and one could have performed an exacting placement of a replacement shoulder and shaft as he did. Perfection. IF I ever need another shoulder, knee or other body part (that he covers) worked on...I will definitely seek Dr. Norberg. Best Doctor Ever.... (no...we are not related).. :)

Dr Norberg is a good listener. He takes into consideration my concerns and needs. He is efficient with his time but spends quality time with me and makes sure all my questions are answered. He gives options for treatment and reviews all the pros and cons of each one--gives his opinion of the best solution for the problem at hand but lets the patient have a say in what is going to happen. He is affirming during the recovery period and works to make sure that what I think is important in my recovery gets attention. also a Plus--very good sense of humor:)_oh, and technically, he is rated high in all categories--including ortho nurses' opinions. He is kinda the whole package:)

I had seen another ortho guy who did an MRI and said there was nothing wrong with my right shoulder. I did PT and saw my chiropractor who referred me to Dr Norberg. He took one look at the MRI and showed my exactly what was wrong. He spent an hour with me, carefully explaining my options. He said he could fix it and he DID! I am so pleased to be able to use my arm again! He really listens and really cares. I couldn't be more pleased with his skill and helpfulness. Plus, hetc as a sense of humor. He is the best!

I saw Dr. Norberg for a re-occurring tennis elbow. I had seen another physician who kept giving me cortisone injections. When it came for the third time I sought out a professional who specialized in elbows. I cannot express how pleased I am that I found Dr. Norberg. He is in one word – awesome. Though he is s surgeon he recommended a fairly non-invasive procedure called a Tenex. The procedure went very well and I am pleased to say I am pain free and have full range of motion. In addition to his skills, he’s a physician who listens to you. I would highly recommend Dr. Norberg with a moment’s hesitation.

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Norberg. He is professional, honest, caring, dedicated and has the best staff. I had a total shoulder re-do, I had several things going on causing huge pain. In one visit he knew without looking at xrays, what was causing my pain. When xrays came back he was completely accurate on his diagnosis. He listens to you and prides himself on perfection. If you need a shoulder fixed call Dr Norberg you wont be disappointed, you'll be relieved of pain!

I received reverse total shoulder replacements on both of my shoulders. Dr. Norberg did a wonderful job with both surgeries. Within two weeks after each surgery, I was pain free and was on my way to regaining full movement of my arms/shoulders. I am now able to use 95% of my shoulder movement and have been unable to do that for as long as I can remember. At age 53 this type of surgery is not common but I could not be happier with the results. Dr. Norberg is very personable, helpful and as his nurses would say; a ROCKSTAR! Thank you so much for everything that you have done to help me gain my life back and have the ability to live pain free.

I was under the care of Dr. Douglas A. Drake (retired for several years) at Twin Cities Ortho and had arthroscopic surgeries on both shoulders. He performed about 3 or so on my left shoulder as well as a left anterior capsulloraph (sp?). Some months later, her referred me to the newest doctor on his team, Dr. Norberg. My first and only surgery by this amazing surgeon was a total left shoulder replacement. I was and am still elated by that as recovery time and PT were minimal and best of all, no pain and almost normal range of motion. I've gone to see him over the years for follow-ups as well as increasing arthritits in increased locations. Doctor Norberg is the best, most caring and competent doctor whose care I've had the privilege of being under.

Dr. Norberg and his helpful staff have always treated me with care, concern and compassion. I feel Dr. Norberg has given my pre-accident (2012) life back. I was referred to Dr. Norberg after my first rotator cuff surgery. Dr. Norberg reattached my tendons and cleaned out the arthritis from my frozen shoulder. He did an excellent job. No pain, yes some physical therapy but I never felt "alone" on 'uncared for". His staff always spoke to me in a timely manner with any questions or concerns I had. Everyone treated me so well. Even his office assistant made a visit to see me when I was in to see him. I always felt special to them. My tendons ripped again and this time we decided on a reverse shoulder replacement. I know that sounds scary but Dr. Norberg and his staff made the surgery experience easy. I feel like a new woman today. It's been 7 months post-surgery and I am able to do most if not all what I could do before my first surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Norberg. I know I will always go back to him IF I ever have a shoulder issue in the future.

Dr. Norberg is simply an outstanding physician; technically incredibly competent and a genuinely caring human being. He's conservative in his approach, communicates well and thoroughly, and is completely focused on returning you to full health. I saw Dr. Norberg for the repair of a torn rotator cuff tendon in a fairly arthritic shoulder that required additional remediation - surgery was a simple and painless as it could possibly be and he was incredibly diligent in his follow-up with me over the course of my post-op recovery. Six months post-surgery and I have complete mobility and functionality back with no pain or discomfort of any kind. I cannot recommend Dr. Norberg highly enough.
