Dr. Frank Garl Sailors, DO

This man has LITERALLY saved my life! He ALWAYS took the time to go over ANY issue my husband or I had. People that didn’t get to experience him as a physician were truly robbed of a caring compassionate doctor!

I have been seeing Dr Sailors since nearly when he came to Madison. He will sit and talk to you and he will only do what is the best for you. The man is kind, funny and very caring.

Rude. Dismissive arrogant & acts like he's god

If you are seeing Frank Sailors, make sure you get another opinion if you don't feel he has diagnosed you properly. I was very ill for months. He got very sarcastic with me at a time I really didn't understand what was happening to my body and I was scared.He arrogant and I have heard some others with hoared stories of this mans medical ability.

waiting room wait was only 20 min.went back to exam room nurse took blood pressure ext. after going out to the desk twice dr finally came in after an hour.I let him know how long I'd been waiting only got a sorry no explanation. this was an early morning appointment. I'll try him one more time. if it goes over 45 min. I'm walking out

Don't go for than a sneeze or. Check up any thing more than that there may be policy change or some other administer issues and don't look for call backs if it's important you probably won't get one

This man will seriously do anything to help his patients. He has bent over backwards for my family, and I honestly do not know what we would do without such an amazing doctor. Great doctor, great person!

I been seeing Dr Sailores for many years, He has taken care of me and my family for a very long time and we have never had a problem, I truly believe he has saved my life at least 2 times.I saw his helpers a few years ago and when I had a problem with there diagnosis I called his office nad asked him to review my file, He called within a few hrs and told me what to do and I was taken care of.

Average wait time. Most doctors overbook. They have to to cover malpractice premiums. (Thank the lawyers for that!) I had a bad reaction to blood pressure meds and he had me right in..no wait. Friendly, curteous, and helpful. One criticism is that his nursed don't listen very well and one failed to record a medicine I was on that led to the above problem.

Dr sailors will overbook, meaning schedule 4 patients in one time slot. You have to wait forever in the room and then he comes in and spends maybe 10 min's. total! He throws antibiotics at ya' and out the door you go. That seems to be his protocol for everything! What a shame.

Dr. Sailors does not listen to my problems. He dismisses my condition (severe chronic pain) and tells me to live with it. He also refuses to talk to patients on the phone which I've never seen before. If the patient would like to consult him they must make an appt. and pay $80. This is ridiculous.
