Dr. Moon is the best doctor ever!!!!!!!!!

I just love him! Best caring Doctor ever very profesional he’s just awesome.

I’m very sorry to loose him specially after I relocated to fl. Drive up every year to see him and now his not with wc, maybe I will find where he is now ????

I was recently told he is no longer with Winthrop and the office could not provide additional information.

I love Dr. Moon he is the BEST been going to him for 3 yrs now he makes you feel so comfortable he takes his time with you!

I really have to say that for my first time at this office, was a great experience, I didn't have to wait that long at all, the front staff was so friendly, including t he young lady that took me in to he back was very sweet. When I met Dr. Moon it was like I knew him for years, he made me feel comfortable during my check up and he answered all my questions. I am so happy I chose this place to be my OBGYN MD and I will definitely be referring people here. thank you Dr. Moon and Staff

Dr. Moon is a wonderful physician. He listens, is understanding and answers all questions. His staff is an absolute nightmare. All departments are disorganized, confused and its error after error. Its impossible to get a live person on the phone - press every prompt on the answering service during their office hours and nobody picks up, nobody returns calls, contact information is never updated in their system, was given the incorrect prescription 3x, nurses call patients back without a chart in front of them, etc. After two years of constant confusion with his staff, I've opted to find a different doctor. Dr. Moon it is time to hire qualified individuals.

I had a large fibroid pressing on my bladder which caused urinary problems. Dr. Moon took the time to explain my options and did not influence my decision with his opinion. He gave me all the info I needed & supported my decision on treatment. When finally I did need surgery he was great before & after the operation. I'm so happy I found a great Dr. who basically gave me my life back.

Dr. Moon is a wonderful Dr. I am surprised by the amount of 4 star rating because overall my experience has not been good. Many times when I call with a problem I am told the next available appointment is in a month. This may be different for OB but straight gyn problems need to be given a similar level of priority.
