Very personable and efficient. Generally in your appointment before the appointment time. Highly professional.

When you make an appointment, if they tell you that you will see Dr. Monheit, that does not mean you will actually see Dr. Monheit. I was told upon making an appointment and upon arrival for the appointment that I would be seeing Dr. Monheit. NEVER SAW HIM. A doctor I never met came in and met with me. No reason was given for the change of plan or reason why Dr. Monheit did not see me. I think that is a terrible way to treat patients. It is disrespectful and does not give us the choice to make another choice...like to see a different doctor from Monheit if he is not going to see us for the appointment. I am rating low on "bedside manner" and "spends time with me" and "accurate diagnosis" to express this on the rating scale. I don't known who I saw. She was very pleasant, but she was not Dr. Monheit. I would have given her a great score, but she was not who I had an appointment with.

He ruined my left cheek with filler.

Would never go to any one else since I moved to Ala. 25 years ago.
