Had knee replacement surgery, Dr Shapiro explained my conditions and what to expect with the surgery. Surgery went great and recovery going well.

Dr. Shapiro put me at ease, did not feel rushed. Listened to my concerns.

I saw Dr Shapiro for a pain near my hip . Xrays were normal. I get to go to PT for pulled hamstrings.

Dr. Shapiro has been seeing me for a shoulder injury in which the ligaments were severed. I am now scheduled for surgery (outpatient same day) and because of my experience with him I am confident of a successful outcome.

It is always good to see Dr Shapiro. I fell on my knee. He did not rush into a treatment but did a bona scan, after he removed fluid from my knee and it was blood. The scan did not show and any positive damage. I am to see Dr Dingle if problem persists.

Great Staff and Doctor! Dr. Shapiro and his assistant, Ariel are absolutely wonderful. They made my daughter feel comfortable and explained her xrays and recovery plan directly to her, and me of course. I just liked that they talked to her as opposed to talking over her to me.

Dr Shapiro is horrible horrible! Did not even take the time to read my MRI report. I did not have any of these shoulder issues or collarbone/Pectoral area pain before our devastating rear ended car accident.

Dr Shapiro is a skilled craftsman when it comes to knee surgery. At 55 I still can play soccer and he has done some amazing work.

Excellent surgeon. Dr. Shapiro reconstructed a very difficult patellar fracture and assured me along the way that I would not lose any use of my knee even though it was badly shattered. My post-surgery pain was minimal and managed with ibuprofen although he prescribed adequate meds if needed. I was able to walk to the bathroom with a walker same day after surgery. He repaired my husbands rotator cuff over ten years ago with no issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone with knee or shoulder injuries.

One of my favorite Doctors I have had the pleasure of meeting. Very genuine, smart and caring. I will continue to see Dr Shapiro and refer any of my friends and family to him.

I had ruptured rotator cuff and bicep tendons, bone spurs and torn muscles. From the first appointment, I knew instantly that the recommendations I had received for Dr. Gary Shapiro were correct. His office with KWOC is easily accessible. I felt genuinely welcome from the moment I walked into his office. He demonstrated superior knowledge of my the issues involved, told me what he could do, and told me what to expect after surgery. I had been told by colleagues who had the surgery that the post op would be very painful. It was painful, but not nearly as painful as I had been led to believe. In less than a week, I was taking only ibuprofen for pain. I am amazed with Dr. Shapiro's expertise, which no doubt played a large role in the reduced pain. His medical staff, led by Gillian, is outstanding. No one cares more about his patients than Dr. Shapiro. Should I need shoulder surgery again, I would go back to him, which makes it easy for me to recommend that you see him for shoulder surgery and whatever other orthopedic treatment you may need.
