I first met Dr. Sebastian when he had a practice in Chicago when I moved to Central Illinois I was so sad to leave his practice but then Dr. Sebastian told me he was moving his practice to Peoria, Illinois I was so happy to hear that an I would go there to see him, when he moved back it broke my heart I loved an trusted him as my Dr. My only wish is that he was here back in Peoria I would go back to see him in a heart beat. He is a wonderful Dr. an I miss him dearly...I sure hope he will see this I would love to tell him what has happened to my husband an how my health is now, I know he is busy but I just want him to know how much I miss him....Colette Stover.....Cornell, Il.

This Dr is horrible doesn't care about patients just gives pills out like they are candy I truely believe that he just doesn't care about patients just money because he isn't helping he destroys lives.

Dr. Sebastian was thorough; listened to me; talked "to me" not "at me"! Nice man. Recommend

Office staff courteous and helpful - always able to get an appointment easily. Never had a more thorough doctor or one who spent as much time with me as this one. Excellent with diagnosis and considerate to those on a budget.
