I saw this joke of a dr today, as I have had lots of problems and no diagnoses. He was so rude and completely disrespectful. He didn't listen to anything I tried to tell him. I explained I was worried that all signs point to MS, and he stated" so you a Doctor?" I tried to explain that I had talked to others with the same symptoms that had ms, and that my MRI showed possible MS, he said well go have your friends treat you then! At that Pinot I picked up my things and told him off and left. I would Never roccomend him to anyone.

Was having issues with weakness in arms and legs, neck, vision was doubled and had a hard time breathing. Had been to his office once and on the day of my 2nd visit, I fell in my driveway and busted my head open. He met us at the hospital to evaluate my situation and proceeded to tell my family that he thought I was faking my condition and asked if there was a reason I didn't want to be at home. SERIOUSLY!! I was a mother of 2 very young children at the time and had NO reason to be faking!! Not to mention, I wouldn't fall and bust my head open on purpose. Was in the hospital for 2 weeks and the medication prescribed after getting out was only a band aid for the disease I was diagnosed with. Needless to say, I found another neurologist who changed my medication and I have been med free for over a year and in remission from my disease.

saw Dr. Creel after falling and was diagnosed neuropothy in legs. Prescribed Neurontin 300 mg. at night.

My husband had appt to see this man for the first time today. After speaking to my husband for 2 min he labeled my husband as him seeking pain medications. My husband has TBI result of been hit by many ID's in Iraq. My husband wanted the doctor to recommend any test available as his headaches continue to increase. This man should not call himself a doctor. He has no right to label my husband whom he had just met. You are a disgrace to professionals.

Yesterday I took my mom to see a neurologist for an abnormal brain sCan she recieved. We were sent to dr creel in the Hemingway building off clear creek. Dr creel was so incredibly rude and arrogant to my mother, a woman who was scared because of her scan he treated her like she was a complete idiot. He talked over her constantly and at one point told her to stop talking.( he had asked her to tell him why she was there. So its not like she was just randomly talking about nothing) I do NOT recommend this man at all. What a terrible dr to treat his patient in such a terrible manner.

Dr creel did not listen to me as a patient. I have been seeing neuroligists for 12 yrs and went to him strictly due to change in insurance. Not only did he disregard the fact i know exact ly what/how to treat my issue he felt it necessary to interject his own exeriences with a medication totally ignoring my repeated attempts to infotm him i am NOT the "average" patient. Adding insult to injury i had a huge allergic reaction to a medication he prescribed and he not only had his staff contact me, he didnt bother, they got all the information wrong and i waited all day for an answer. Add to that i got another respinse from his office NOT him three days later. He NEVER called. Instead he told his staff to tell me there is nothing else he could do for me.... Here'S A CLUE.... How about instead of injecting your own ideas listen to your patient and continue same treatment as her previous neuro. One visit... Only had one visit less than twenty minutes.... This fiasco cost me over $100 out of pocket and more in down time from work... Learn to listen!

Wasn't made aware that Dr. Creel had moved to Killeen....needed a presription refilled but had to set up an appointment at his new location....just a money Grab !!

Dr. Creel is a great doctor. He asks great questions and actually listens to my answers. I find that to be a rarity with other doctors. He explained his diagnosis, explained possible tests needed, and answered all my questions without using a bunch of medical jargon which was awesome. So Dr. Creel is highly recommended - however, his office is just awful. No one has ever answered the phone when I've called, and usually I have to call multiple times just to get anyone to call me back for any reason (to make an appointment, to get results of tests, referrals, etc). So, if you suffer from anxiety, un-returned phone calls will drive you nuts. If you can handle that part, he is a GREAT doctor.

Early 2010 I was in critical pain with several herniated discs in my cervical area, combined with numbness and weakness on my left side. Each visit I found him to be extremely attentive, compassionate and caring. He took the time and concern to explain in layman's terms what had happened to me, and the possible choices and prognosis that were before me. I had to undergo a rather invasive neurological test, which included slight shocks and needles. He explained every step, what to expect, and checked in at a very human level during the process. I wish never to need his services again, but if I do.. I would confidently use him as my neurologist again.

My experience with Dr. Creel was wonderful. He took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions.

I have seen alot of doctors and he was BY FAR the worst I have ever been to. He was increadibly rude and arrogant and openly mocked me to my face. I waited for an hour and a half in the exam room while he walked in and out grabbing things with out even acknowledging that I was there. I am very dissatisfied and will never be returngin to that office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Creel's for several years. He has always been extremely courteous, friendly and professional. He spends a great deal of time with me and has a very funny sense of humor, which makes one feel more like a friend than a patient. He has accurately diagnosed and treated me for various neurological problems. I like that all of the records and discussions are computerized immediately so that the doctor can easily refer back to prior visits.It is rather difficult to make an appointment, though. You have to leave a message, and then the scheduler calls back, usually within 2 days.I would highly recommend Dr. Creel.

This doctor is more worry about getting a lawsuit than anything, seems like he have something to hide. Extremely cocky and rude.

I just finished my appt with Dr.Creel and we spent an hour talking and I found him incredibly easy to talk to. He listened and put me at ease immediately. I'm very nervous talking to doctors and this is the first time I haven't had that reaction. The wait time was 5 minutes and again...this appt was not rushed. We talked about options and he explained,thoroughly, what he thought the problem was. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Creel has been my neurologist ever since he came to Austin. I wouldn't think of going to anyone else.

Dr. Creel and his staff were completely professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a neurological problem.
