I have been seeing Dr. Urich for years, although I missed last year because I was out of town. So we did a little catch-up, and reviewed my overall situation. I enjoyed his frank discussion of the issues and support his recommendation. He is treating me basically for glaucoma and tracking it carefully.??

1st time visit, great doctor.

I have complete confidence in Dr Ulrich I would have given a 5 star ?? rating to him and the Eye Associates office if it weren’t for their ongoing implementation of their patient portal. I had an appointment and received an email alerting me to it. When I went to their new patient portal it couldn’t find any appointments. I used their email system and asked to confirm that they had not canceled my appointment and never received a reply. When I attempted to access the portal through the link to the Patient Portal on the Eye Associates site, I was directed to the patient portal they no longer use. All in all: yes, go to Dr Ulrich. He and his office will treat you very well and, equally important, handle the medical aspects of your situation excellently, BUT stay away from their Patient Portal.
