Dr. Gabel has performed three surgeries on me over the last fifteen years. I have never had post surgery problems. I would travel a good distance to see him because I know I’ll be in good hands.

Dr. Gabel is a wonderful doctor who has specialized in shoulders. I met Dr. Gabel some time ago when I needed his assistance. I needed it again recently when I fell and broke my shoulder. He put my shoulder in a sling and as of yesterday I am cleared for rehab in my neighborhood. After rehab I will see Dr. Gabel to make sure all is well. I highly recommend Dr. Gabel. His staff is great too.

Dr. Gabel's office runs very professional, friendly, efficiently and on time. I have had no concerns about Covid while visiting. Dr. Gabel is a marvelous doctor; I literally trust him with my future, and will follow his recommendations.

Dr. Gabel is definitely experienced and is super great at explanations on the patients condition.

This guy didn't listen, hardly looked at me, only spoke in his voice recorder, and actually hurt me during the office visit. There are so many similar comments about this! I work in healthcare and I can not believe this guy is in business.

Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, yet three people who arrived after me were seen first. After an hour of waiting I left.

I fell off a 16 foot ladder several years ago in another state. I was a competitive powerlifter. The physicians in New Mexico did the best they could with their limited knowledge and equipment. They said I would never compete again or have full use of my left arm. Ibeen a campus police officer in the Texas Medical Center previously. I knew I had to the Medical Center. Dr. Gabel had me in surgery the following day. He performed another surgery on me later in the year. I was in therapy for 8 months. The following year I competed in another powerlifting meet. Thanks Dr. Gabel, I will forget you. The best doctor I have ever had.

This Dr has no respect for workers comp patients he looks out for the company, he never examine me or ask my pain level . Just takes in recorder and ignore the patients Concerns .

This man has no Ethical integrity as a Physician. He pushes the pen and the play button on his recorder strictly for the insurance company. He has no compassion for people. If I cold give zero I would have. He is Fraud.

The Dr. was very nice, and did several cortisone injections in my hand. Very please with his professionalism. My hand felt much better for a few months, but like the problem normally does, it has started to return. I will probably need surgery in the long run, but I appreciate that he was trying to treat the problem conservatively first!

He is DEFINITELY a Worker's Comp doctor. He does not listen attentively to his patients, but rather talks over you, or as you are talking to discredit what you're saying or to rebut. He may have medical knowledge, but NO doctor has the right to tell a patient how or what they are feeling or should be. Avoid at all costs if you have a WC claim! Didn't bother to ask what my job entailed or important details surrounding the cause of my injury. Will definitely return you back to work and put you back in harm's way. Will continue to make follow-up appointments with you to make more WC money, but dictates lies into his recorder about your medical condition/status to cause harm to your claim and denials for services. Would've rated him a 0 if this survey had permitted it.
