Dr. Gianelia Francesco Guernelli, MD

I saw this doctor in the office and the nurse was rude. I had couple issues spoke to manager of office and she was rude didn’t follow through on anything we talked about. He had me come for injections. I was so confused couldn’t find Parkview or where I was to go. The nurses at my injections were rude and nasty. The nurse in where I sat before my injection was telling me what was wrong with me. She was a real know it all. In room where I had my injection they were more interested in laughing and fooling around then caring for me. I had been for injection before and there was a nice medical assistant there but don’t know where she went. She always made sure I was comfortable and also my husband. Sad to go there and not see her. It made my experience terrible for her not being there. She was reason I felt at ease. Don’t recommend this place or this doctor.

Great doctor! He listened to me and took his time with me. Had injections. His staff there were wonderful. His medical assistant Lindsey was so friendly and very knowledgeable as well as the nurse who was with her day I went for my injection. They Made me feel at ease as I was very nervous for my injection. great place! Highly recommend.

I put excellent provider cause he is one. I would recommend anyone to see him but if he gets too involved in your case he just might dump you as a patient like he did me. I would let him know that I am extremely sorry for everything I might have did. I miss him a lot he sure was a caring physician who understand my conditions. I wish he would give me another chance. I have found no one like him. Excellent provider!!

Very understanding. You won't be disappointed. If you are in pain in my opinion he is the top doctor to see.

This pain physician has changed a lot since changing locations. I feel that I was not being heard. He is only in it for himself. He use to be a caring physician but something has changed. I really wouldn't recommend him.

This a insurance Dr. Dr. Guernelli reviewed my medical records first he probably should've contact patient to be sure he had all medical records second I beleven as a Dr. U have a personal responsibility to patients not insurance companies also u should not make decisions regarding patients health unless u physically examine them

I feel very fortunate to have met and received treatment and care from Dr. Guernelli since 2001. I feel that he takes my case seriously and I appreciate even as busy as he is with his practice, I feel he has a very pleasant bedside manner and takes time to listen to me and answer any questions I've presented to him in appointments. He is timely with the appointments in that I rarely have to wait very long to see him and I don't feel rushed by him. In comparison to the many other doctors I've seen over the years I would definitely put him at the top of my list of doctors I would recommend highly to anyone. He has been able to help me with various different ways of managing the chronic pain issues I have with my back. He took the time to clearly help me understand my diagnosis of Degenerative Disk Disease. He has courteous, effective staff in his office and I feel that my care and case is taken seriously by him and I never get the feeling that I am just a number there.

Dr. John Guernelli is one if the best pain physicians that I have ever seen. He sure is very caring and listens to what you have to say. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. Dr. Guernelli is an awesome caring and dedicated doctor he has helped me so much that saying thank you is just not enough. So if you have a chronic medical problem don't hesitate give him a call you won't regret it.

I recently visited Dr. John Guernelli for constant back pain from an automobile accident. Dr, Guernelli was excellent. My first visit he took time and listened to me. After his procedure on my back my pain level went from a level 9 to 3.7. The office staff was great. I know if my pain returns I can go back promptly. Dr. Guernelli is great.
