I’m extremely nervous regarding getting a total shoulder replacement. I had a lot of questions for Dr. Ross; he was patient, clear and comforting in answering me. After meeting with Dr. Ross I feel secure in choosing him to perform the operation.

I had a total shoulder replacement 6 months ago. The new shoulder is fantastic and I have zero pain. I can push it very hard at the gym with no problem. Dr Ross is a tremendous surgeon and I constantly recommend him to people at the gym . No one can believe how good my shoulder is now , including me !!!

Dr Ross performed shoulder surgery for me in early May 2022. His follow-up has been outstanding during my rehab and the outcome has been very good.

I'm happy I have found Dr. Ross. He explained my situation very well and he also listens well, which is something I don't find in many doctors these days. He explained what test and procedure he wanted me to get and unfortunately, when I got to the facility where these were to be done, the order was written for only one of the 2 things. The one thing missing is what would help my pain. Thankfully, the facility was able to get a hold of him in time for them to get the order before the end of my appointment. Other than this snafu, so far so good.

Dr Ross Is intelligent, caring , experienced & capable. He has treated both of my shoulders doing a full replacement on one of them. I highly recommend him - definitely 5 stars.

Wish I had chance to follow up cuz he really wasn't sure what was causing my shoulder pain. Because of his staff my Mri was never scheduled so I didn't go back to followup. I should asked for the manager but I gave up and went another shoulder expert who's arrogant and self centered. WhAt a mistake!!

I cannot think of anything negative about my experience with Dr. Ross. He has been nothing but compassionate, has taken more time to explain the pros and cons of my surgical procedure,,as well as what I can expect post-op. While most MD's do not or will not spend ample time explaining the procedure at hand, or checking in, to see how you are making progress, after the surgery, Dr. Ross gives new meaning to being a perfectionist and simultaneously demonstrating empathy/compassion, that is just not expected from a surgeon today.

Dr. Ross is a wonderful surgeon -- his bedside manner is truly exceptional. He accurately diagnosed my husband's rotator cuff problem in minimal time doing strength testing and a followup MRI. He answered all our questions (and we had many). The surgery went very well -- all the staff at the New England Baptist Hospital were exception as well. Dr. Ross has spent alot of time answering all our questions -- he is an amazing doctor. If only he did hips! You can't go wrong seeing him -- he is a truly wonderful doctor.
