Horrible doctor in my opinion. Basic visit was taking my blood pressure for the second time after the nurse and she said my blood pressure is high is there a family history I said one other person but my blood pressure is always normal don't know why it's high today, she replies well welcome to the club we're family and it gets out blood pressure medication from the cabinet and tells me how to take it. After taking it I believe it was after the second week I was very dizzy and on the verge of passing out went to the emergency room scared they were I guess flushing my system I brought all my medication with me and they said this is garbage your blood pressure is fine you don't need this and in the future see a cardiologist about my heart or blood pressure not Dr Cruz. To me it was like just another doctor dosing out what the medicine reps bring to the office to give out to people.

Dr. Crux Does not listen, just tells you that it needs this and writes a prescription. Does not care that she would have you on way too much meds. Once told her I was getting severe pain in muscle in my chest, and she looked at from a distance and said nothing was there. Blood work from lipid panel was extreme high, to a point that I knew it was an error. She didn’t believe it was and just gave me prescription. (Other doctors rolled their eyes saying it had to be error. Tested again to find it was an error on labs part.) I could go on forever. Receptionist very rude. I could go on with more

Dr. cruz is amazing knowledgeable and caring.

Dr. Cruz lacks empathy and general respect and dignity. Her actions, tone and lack of dedication to my overall well being leaves me to wonder if my age, ethnicity or sexual orientation are a factor. She was mean, disrespectful and dismissive towards to pain, issues and on-going ailments that are not being properly resolved.

Leaving after more than 20 yrs as patient. Pros- pleasant, respectful, helpful for small things like mole and ear wax removal. Cons - not focused on patient as an individual, seems to have a pre-determined set of tests, recommendations and prescriptions for patients. The set depends on age and any chronic conditions. Blood work orders on pre-filled form that does not address common conditions such as diabetes. Ok at 35 not so much at 55.

I have been going to doctor Cruz for 25 years at least. I can tell you this, if you are looking for a doctor whom you can trust, who listens, who goes over your concerns, and does not always push pills...this is your doctor. Not only does she have a great bedside manner, she's just a thorough doctor. I feel confident in her diagnosis of any of my issues. You never feel like you are just a number in her office she truly cares about your well being. Plus her staff is top notch. Stacey L.

I've been going to Dr. Cruz for over 20 years. I've sent numerous friends and family to her as well. What I like about Dr. Cruz is her ability to listen to my concerns at each visit, to explore the possibilities and to give me a thorough exam with time well spent. I never feel rushed. I feel like I can get everything out that I need to say and my visit is always thorough and real. I'm not a number. Her office staff is efficient and fast. If Mediha can fit you in she will. And I always feel like no matter when I need to call she always answers my call and works efficiently for me in any way she can. I think the fact that I have been with Dr. Cruz over twenty years is enough said but if you want a good family doctor and a practice that cares about you from your initial phone call on...this is it!

They almost always get me in the same day. Very friendly. Sometimes it does seem like they don't communicate with each other. I have had prescriptions that aren't written correctly which cause a delay in treatment. Would like better follow-up.

Dr. Cruz has been my primary doctor for almost a decade, so I knew she'd take care of me when I had a stomach pain that wouldn't quit. I spoke with Mediha at the front desk and explained my situation. She had me come in without delay. Dr. Cruz was prompt, thorough, and after a physical exam she quickly sent me off for a CT scan. Now aware that appendicitis was a possibility, I was relieved with how quickly Dr. Cruz and her team had me in and out. I had an appendectomy that night and was told by the surgeon that my appendix hadn't ruptured thanks to the quick detection and diagnosis by my doctor. I'm always grateful for their care, but this time Dr. Cruz and her team quite possibly saved my life.

I have seen Dr. Gloria Cruz for more than 20 years. She is so compassionate and caring. She always listens and spends as much time as is needed for each visit. She has a genuine concern for me and my husband in matters of health as well as personal well-being. I would highly recommend Dr. Cruz, especially for women. She is very relatable and works to be sure her patients are comfortable in a clinical setting. Dr. Cruz is always very upbeat and positive in her approach to care and treatment. The practice is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Cruz is also fluent in Spanish.
