Dr keenan, naturopath kan, and entire experience with all providers is great. Teamwork and cooperation and respect for coordination and learning very evident. Thouthful, caring attitude informs the process of hol istic approach. I feel cared for as person. Go8d listening, straightforward communication great. I feel like this practice has focus on wellness and awareness of role with public health i as member of community...could serve as model for medical system as a w hole.

I took my mother to be seen by Dr. Keenan and it turned out to be the most unpleasant experience that I've ever seen at a doctor's appt. Dr. Keenan is rude, doesn't listen, interrupts, and seems primarily motivated by money. I highly recommend that you stay clear of her and her practice (i.e., NOVA Medical Group and Urgent Care)

went to the urgent care in sterling..my right forearm was swollen and red.it was spreading up my arm..a guy who was a medic there saw my arm and suggest I go straight to hospital e.r...the office manager told him I first had to see the doctor..I waited 3 hours to see not a doctor but a nurse practicioner who told me to go straight to the hospital..as I took her advice I was told to check out at the front desk..I was charged 150 dollars..I then went to E.R. and spent 3 days in ICU with infection..should have listened to medic..all they wanted was to get me in then charge me to be sent to E.R...I paid cash because I have no insurance..never go there again

I've been going to Nova medical group for over a decade. It has expanded, but is very impersonal and like a fast food of doctors offices. They are more concerned with getting you in, quick checkup, pretent to listen to your requests and then quickly check you out. I did not find them caring at all and were quick to give you the simplest of treatments that were not always the correct diagnosis ... they thought my migrains were sinus allergies.

I have visited the Warrenton location on 3 separate scheduled appointments. Each visit I was seen by a nurse practitioner without being advised that I would not be seeing a doctor when scheduling appointment. I feel that if I am paying top dollar for service that I should be able to see a doctor rather than nurse practitioner. I found the office staff to be very rude and inconsiderate. I complained to the office manager regarding the service and extensive 1.5 hour wait to see a nurse practitioner. When I was finally able to see the nurse practitioner she was very rude and unconcerned about my health concerns. I will never return for such rude service or recommend anyone to this practice.
