Dr. Gregory Sean Granzeier, DO

Dr. Granzeier really listens and explains everything so well! He will fit you into his already busy schedule when you are concerned about something. You can tell he is really concerned about you and wants to help you. I had a great experience at the hospital too and virtually no pain after my surgery... a sure sign of a great surgeon in my book!

Dr. Granzeier was recommended tome by a friend. I have since thanked her. He has compassion and is easy to talk to. He explained everything so well to me I couldn’t believe he took that much time to explain everything knowing how busy my friend said he is. Amazing doc!!!

About a decade ago I was in need of an OBGYN and started seeing Dr. Granzeier. One of the best choices I have ever made! He and his staff are amazing, and I have been through quite abit with them throughout the years, one sucessful pregnancy, many annual exams, and he has always along with his staff had amazing bed side manner. Dr. Granzeier is also very informative and wise, he has never lead me in a wrong direction and has always seemed to have my best interest at hand. I not too long ago found out that I have PCOS and he and his staff walked me through that very well. We have had some unfortunate times with our pregnancies however Dr. Granzeier and his staff were amazing through those times as well and again he was very very informative and reassuring through the whole process, one resulted in the first surgery of my life, and I could not have felt better about trusting another doctor during that process...I would recommend Everyone to Dr. Granzeier, you would always get the best care from someone who Really cares about You! (I could go on and on)

At first, I liked Dr. Granzeier very much. He conducted a successful and necessary surgery, and then when I got pregnant, I felt comfortable having him as my OB. He was always very kind and considerate, and was a very great doctor. He did ensure that I reached full-term in my pregnancy, and as a result, my son is healthy. I have no bad words to say about him as a professional physician. However, I did experience bad service in other areas. The waiting times in the office were horrible, usually 30-45 min. long. Whenever I tried to schedule a next appointment it was like pulling teeth. Example: I had to go in for my 20 week appointment at 22 weeks pregnant. Also, whenever I tried to discuss important factors with Dr. Granzeier, I always felt very rushed, like he had to make the next appointment. I lost my job when I was about 5 months pregnant, and it was because of my pregnancy. When I tried to explain this to the doctor, he did listen, but did not show very much sympathy, or concern. He also was not the doctor who delivered my baby, and I understand that this happens often, but I would have liked it if we could have tried to make that a possibility. After my son's birth, the service got even worse. I developed post-par-tum depression, and when I finally decided to come forward and get help when my son was about 10 weeks old, Dr. Granzeier's nurse told me to go check into the psych ward at the hospital, and furthermore told my husband that we needed a social worker. This angered us, and I obviously did not move forward with receiving treatment. Around the same time, a very horrible and personal situation happened to me, and the doctor and his nurses refused to write a note for my medical benefit for this personal situation. Needless to say, I have had a poor experience with this specific doctor. I relay the bad experience mostly toward his nurses, who were very rude when I opened up about very personal situations. I will no longer be a patient of Dr. Granzeier's and have already started not recommending him to my friends or family.
