Arrogant and demeaning.

I brought my mother to Dr. Hazen, worst mistake ever . We understand drs time is busy. But even for brief questions, he has no time. He is rude , arrogant, aloof and condescending. Don’t waste your time with him. There are other doctors, who have better skills with much better bedside manner .

Dr. Hazen is an excellent Doctor of Ophthalmology. He explains his procedures and takes time with his patients and answers your questions Making you feel comfortable and removing fear of the surgery.

I received two medical procedures from Dr Hazen, it went amazingly well. I was /am incredibly pleased what the results of my cataract surgery as well as my lens replacement I would recommend Dr Hazen at "Anderson Eye Care" to anyone anywhere. Thank you again Dr Hazen, you are amazing.

Wouldn't recommend

Dr. Hazen’s behavior was very rude, arrogant, short, and condescending, even to the point of bullying. He wasn’t interested in answering questions. Would not recommend him nor trust him in eye care or surgery.

G. Hazen was arrogant and rude. He didn't like to answer questions. When he did , he did it with a snooty attitude. When he got in surgery he was a different person. He spoke to women working in there nice. I will never go to him for anything again and I will not recommend him to anyone.

His staff was kind. The Dr. is short, doesn’t listen, blows off whatever your concern is and spent barely 5 minutes with my 88 year old mother. I would never recommend him. Any concern she had, he’d state that that’s normal and if she continues with concerns to go see her family eye doctor. He has absolutely no people skills. Not impressed and would never recommend to anyone. So sad.

I felt shuffled from room to room seeing many medical assistants but only seeing doctor eacht ime for less than 5 minutes. He did not address my concerns about my connective tissue disease. Basically blew me off. During surgery when I mentioned stitching was hurting hevtold me it didn't hurt and I was an alein. Finally I have dark scarring and scar tisuue. When I asked about it he said"well that's the way it is" He didnt ask for more follow up in 3 to 6 months to see if there was improvement or not. Dr. Hazen was arrogant and rude with no people skills and no advice for myveyes. Sorry Im not impressed.
