The procedure was completely painless and fast! The whole thing was over before i knew it. It's obvious that Dr. Paine has done this many times before! I walked in with a very painful back & walked out pain free.

Had a good experience but did not like the long wait. Dr. Paine was very thorough in his explanations ,. He has good bedside manners.

I have been very pleased with the service and treatment I have received. The staff held my hand when I was very nervous about having the epidural injection in my neck 4 weeks ago. They are always very nice and informative when questions are asked.

I have been looking for a good pain doctor and was told by many this doctor is a crrok like all the others in florida.All about the money not the patient.these doctors should be discharged to take care of patients. what a disgrace.don't waste your time or money this guy isnot worth it at all..

I have a hard time believing that a person like Irene would be chosen to work with people in pain. She is unbelievably rude and obnoxious ! I went to see Dr Paine for the last three years and I think he knows what he is doing but I did not feel well thought of or taken care of by the staff. I felt like I was a bad person for being in pain. I believe that I deserve better and that no one should have to put up with abuse for being in pain! I am not going back.

I would say he is not the most rude Dr. I have ever met but pretty close.I was in the hospital and had no choice but him. I was in the hospital for a very rare and very painful disease. He told me that there was no pain involved with this desease. I guess the Dr's at the Mayo Clinic are wrong. I think he had never seen a case like mine and didn't want to do his research. I was told to make an appointment with him upon leaving the hospital. Not a chance even if he was the only pain Dr left of earth. I would rather suffer oh I did suffer for an entire week in the hospital thanks to him. I gave him one star for my overall rating only because I could not give him a no star.

Thanks to Dr. Paine I can go thru my day pain free. After years of dealing with my pain issues, doctor after doctor after doctor. Now I can now sleep and wake up pain free. My quality of daily living is greatly improved due to Dr. Paine's extrodinary care of me. He is not one to push drugs on you, but is willing to try other ways to get you out of pain. The staff was superb in the Naples office but I have to say my favorite is his Lehigh Acres Office. Thanks for giving my life back. Truly Greatfull!!!!!

This doctor is one of the worst I have been to. He doesn't care about the patients problems. Insisted on drug testing before my first appointment, which is understandable. But, since I didn't have insurance I was billed over $800 for simple drug testing!!! He has a terrible bedside manner. He doesn't listen to your problems, doesn't help with figuring out the best course of action and all he does worry about is how to get rid of his patients that are on heavy narcotics. He's very rude and so is his entire staff.

Dr. Paine was very unprofessional. He didn't pay attention to anything I said. Did not help my back pain and suggested a medication that I had already tried. The secretary was extremely rude. I will not be going back there again. I do not recommend him.

I was assigned to see dr.Paine after my visit to the ER,And had no problems with this humane Doctor.

Dr. Gregory Paine was referred to me by NCH emergency dept. I was told (it's printed in the hospital's discharge papers) that he would not require payment prior to seeing me but if he didn't accept my insurance, a payment plan would need to be set up. After much back and forth between the hospital's social worker and patient advocate and Dr. Paine's office, I was called by Irene at Dr. Paine's office and TOLD (rather rudely) that the Dr refused to see me, despite the information given me by NCH. I am filing a complaint with the Healthcare Administration as well for discrimination. So much for the Hippocratic oath, kids!
